What do you like best about Hola Prime?

Honestly, after my experience, I cannot say that I liked anything about Hola Prime. Even if the platform looked professional at the beginning, the way my case was handled destroyed my trust completely. Reaching the Master stage took effort and discipline, but when I made an honest human mistake, I felt there was no fairness, support, or real consideration from the firm.

What would you improve about Hola Prime?

I would improve the review process and the way the company handles honest human mistakes. Rules are important, but there should be a fair manual review when a trader clearly made a genuine calculation/input mistake, especially when the actual loss was very small and the trader was already trying to correct it. More fairness, communication, and human consideration would make the firm much more trustworthy.

Overall

I worked very hard to reach the Master stage with Hola Prime. I traded seriously, followed the risk rules, and managed the account with discipline. The issue happened because of a genuine stop-loss calculation mistake. I did place a stop loss as required, but while calculating the risk, I accidentally added one extra zero. Because of that, the stop-loss level was incorrect.

After opening the trade, I was actively monitoring the position and realized the mistake within about three minutes. I immediately started correcting the stop loss, but while I was in the middle of changing it, my account was blocked/breached. The actual floating loss at the time was only around $30.

What disappointed me most was the lack of fairness and human consideration. This was not intentional rule abuse, reckless trading, or an attempt to bypass the rules. It was a simple human mistake that I noticed quickly and was already correcting. After working hard to reach the Master stage, losing the account over this, without any real attempt to help or properly consider the situation, felt very unfair.

In my opinion, Hola Prime should handle cases like this with more fairness and common sense. Traders

Nothing good about them and useless hidden rules to kill you at the end that is why stay away from them.

They need to improve everything and focus on helping traders to become profitable.

Overall

Unjustified profit deletion! They penalize you for having a good Risk-to-Reward ratio.
​This firm is using a fake and shifting definition of the "Consistency Rule" just to avoid paying out legitimate profits. I recently had $4,000 of my profits completely deleted, and their justification makes absolutely no sense mathematically or professionally.
​Here is the exact breakdown of my trading on a $100K account:
​Total Trades: Only 5 trades in total (3 Stop Losses hit, 2 Take Profits hit).
​The Trade in Question: Shorted Gold (XAUUSD) at 4420 and closed at 4340.
​Risk Management: I used a highly conservative 0.5 lot size, risking less than 1% of my account.
​The only reason this trade made a significant profit is because I had an excellent Risk-to-Reward ratio and let a winning trade run. This is textbook proper trading, not gambling.
​When I spoke to them, they claimed I lacked "consistency" because one trade made a big profit. Judging a trader's entire consistency based on a small sample size of just 5 trades is ridiculous. They are literally penalizing traders for managing risk perfectly and catching big market moves.
​If a firm cannot handle a trader making a normal profit with less than 1% risk on a standard 0.5 lot size, they are not a real prop firm. Absolute scam behavior. Stay away if you actually plan on winning and getting paid!

Without this position, the account would have remained only marginally profitable. A sustainable trading strategy is expected to generate consistent returns across multiple independent trades and varying market conditions rather than relying on one exceptional market move to drive overall performance.

When an account's profitability depends primarily on one or two outsized trades, with no demonstrated pattern of consistent success across broader trading activity, it indicates a speculative approach rather than a disciplined and repeatable trading methodology. Such trading behavior falls within our prohibited practices relating to gambling and speculative trading.

Based on these findings, the account was deemed to be in breach of our trading policy. However, as a goodwill gesture, rather than terminating the account, we rebalanced it back to its initial balance, providing you with another opportunity to continue trading under the program guidelines.

These measures are applied consistently to protect the integrity of the platform and to encourage a more sustainable and disciplined trading approach for all participants.

The profit split is 80%, and I received my payouts fast without any delay. News trading is allowed during the challenge, which was a plus.

I wish they offered more platforms other than DX Futures, but they will be adding NinjaTrader and Tradovate soon, so that’s good.

What do you like best about Hola Prime?

I went with the 2-Step Pro because I wanted a structured evaluation without feeling like I had to force trades. The rules were easy to follow, and I liked that the payout messaging is very clear. The customer support is very dependable and efficient. I also like the challenge fee refund.

What would you improve about Hola Prime?

I’d like more dashboard visibility around progress and rule buffers, so it’s easier to manage risk day to day.

Overall

Solid evaluation model if you trade disciplined and don’t chase targets. Fair price and the trading conditions are favorable for thoe who are consistent.

What do you like best about Hola Prime?

Hola Prime’s customer support team is helpful and quick to resolve issues. This was my first time trading futures through a prop firm, and the rules didn’t feel overly restrictive for the way I trade. The DX Futures platform is also user friendly. The challenge phase went smoothly with clear, transparent rules, and the evaluation felt fair. I’ve already received my first payout after trading on the funded account, and that part of the experience was smooth too.

What would you improve about Hola Prime?

I’d like to see more futures account types offered, similar to the variety they have for forex.
