Customer support eventually provided an explanation, but the experience had already raised concerns about the company's communication standards and operational transparency.

As a trader, I value transparent rules, consistent procedures, accountability, and efficient communication. These principles are essential when evaluating any company operating in the trading industry.

My criticism concerns the reward verification process and the customer support experience I personally encountered. I am not claiming that OneFunded violated its trading rules or refused a trading payout.

I hope OneFunded takes this feedback seriously and improves how it handles customer inquiries, task verification, and third-party dependencies.

Until these issues are addressed, I cannot describe my customer service experience as satisfactory.
