I requested a payout from QT on 2026/04/07. I received an email saying it was approved on 2026/04/08. I requested 603usd and I should have received 482.2usd. But they say that I broke a rule and they will give me 10% only. That is 48usd. They say that I opened a limit on the all day news on 2026/04/05 and closed the trade before it opened, so they cannot give me the full amount. But that day is a Sunday.
