I used to think WeMasterTrade offered very competitive prices. Now, after this experience, it feels more like those low prices are simply a way to attract traders in — like a fly to honey — only to apply unclear restrictions later when it comes time to withdraw profits.
What would you improve about WeMasterTrade?
If WeMasterTrade intends to permanently block a device after a device-sharing violation, this restriction should be clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions and communicated to traders before they purchase a new account. This would provide transparency and allow traders to make an informed decision.

My experience with WeMasterTrade has been negative, mainly due to a lack of clarity and consistency in how their rules were applied.
I had a previous account issue related to device sharing, which I understand regarding that account. However, afterwards I contacted Support and received written confirmation that my wife and I could purchase new accounts and continue trading, provided that we used our own devices and complied with the Terms & Conditions.
Based on that confirmation, I purchased a new account, paid for the Challenge, passed it successfully, and traded it exclusively from my iPhone 13 Pro Max without sharing the device with anyone.
Later, when I requested a $3,000 withdrawal, my account was terminated because WeMasterTrade stated that a device previously identified as shared can never be used again to trade with them. However, I cannot find this permanent device restriction clearly stated in their Terms & Conditions, and it was not communicated to me before I purchased the new account.
What I find particularly concerning is that WeMasterTrade accepted my payment for the new account, allowed me to complete and pass the Challenge, and only rejected the withdrawal afterwards. Despite providing the timeline, the written confirmation from Support, and supporting documentation, they have not been willing to make an exception or provide the detailed technical evidence behind the decision.
I believe the rules should be clear, communicated in advance, and applied consistently. In my case, I acted in good faith based on the instructions provided by WeMasterTrade’s own Support Team.
