The simplicity, honestly. Information is easy to find, support replies clearly and the platform doesn’t feel like it’s trying to impress you with 500 buttons you’ll never use. That alone makes it much nicer to us

Probably a bit more dashboard customization. I like having things exactly where I want them, maybe thats just me being picky :) Nothing major though.

Pretty smooth so far. In this sample scenario, it didn’t take long to understand the platform and I never really felt lost clicking around. Support was useful when I had questions and the whole experience felt organised without being overly complicated. Still discovering some of the features, but first impression has been very solid.

how straightforward everything feels. The platform is easy enough to figure out, information is where you expect it to be and support replies pretty quickly when something isn’t clear. I also like that it doesn’t feel overloaded with random stuff just for the sake of having more features.

So far it’s been smooth. Took me maybe a day or two to get used to where everything was and after that I stopped thinking about the platform itself, which is probably a good sign. Support has been helpful, navigation makes sense and I havent really run into anything frustrating yet. Still want to spend more time with all the tools before giving some huge final verdict, but first impression has been pretty solid.

I’d like a bit more freedom to customize the dashboard. Nothing major, just being able to move a few things around would be nice. I’m picky with my charts, apparently.

Pretty smooth overall. In this sample scenario, I started with a small amount just to see how everything worked, spent the first week mostly exploring the platform and checking the tools. After a while it just became part of my normal routine. No huge learning curve, no feeling like I needed a manual open on the second monitor.
