"Zuverlässiger Forex VPS mit toller Benutzeroberfläche"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari FxSVPS?
The User Interface and the Point system.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari FxSVPS?
I don't know. Until now, I like it the most of the VPS-Services.
Keseluruhan

"UPDATE – October 20, 2026: REFUND PROCESSED"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari FxSVPS?
Following my negative review and further correspondence, FXSVPS has finally confirmed that my refund has been processed.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari FxSVPS?
To their credit, their billing team also acknowledged my criticism of their unnecessarily complicated double-confirmation cancellation procedure and stated that they would consider my suggestions for improving it.
Keseluruhan
I appreciate that they eventually took responsibility for resolving the dispute and handled the final correspondence professionally.
However, my original criticism still stands. Customers should not have to go through multiple confirmation stages, several support tickets, and repeated refund requests simply to cancel a VPS subscription.
Credit where credit is due: FXSVPS ultimately did the right thing. I just wish they had done it from the beginning.
I hope they genuinely improve their cancellation process so other customers don't have to experience the same frustration.

Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari FxSVPS?
SUPERB customer service!!! Very fast action on every ticket raised.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari FxSVPS?
Put a knowledgeable support team to address immediately the concern rather than opening a ticket, but overall, FXSVPS is having a good customer support team.
Keseluruhan
I tried this VPS for 3 months as initial subscription to know its services... i think i will renew now for Yearly subscription.
The only thing I was disappointed. my password to login to my VPS was changed (reset) without informing me. I only new this when i cannot login and raise a ticket.
