FXVM has proven to be extremely reliable over the past few years. I’ve experienced virtually no downtime. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed, often resolving issues within minutes. The stability and support give me full confidence in running live trading systems without interruption.

One suggestion would be to make two-factor authentication (2FA) mandatory by default for added account security. While it's available, enabling it should be more strongly encouraged, especially for users running high-value trading accounts. This is a BIG negative point for me, I'm swapping anytime soon if they dont add this security.

My overall experience with FXVM has been excellent. The platform is stable, latency is consistently low which is crucial for trading, and customer support is always quick and efficient. After several years of use I have encountered virtually no technical issues, which reflects the reliability of their infrastructure. It is a dependable solution for anyone running automated trading system

I really appreciate the stability of the VPS. It’s been running smoothly without any downtime, and I haven’t had to worry about performance issues. It just works!

I think adding more VPS plan options could be helpful, especially for those who might need something more specific. But it’s not a big issue.

Keseluruhan

Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience. The setup was easy, and I’ve not had any problems with the service nor any downtime. When I needed support, they were quick to help, which made the whole experience even better compared to the dreadful and slow email convos with other general VPS providers

Straightforward and easy to use.. up in like 5 minutes plus you can always request a plan change if you need more terminals

Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari FXVM?

Not much but the users should make sure they select the location with the lowest latency, otherwise the slippage will be higher

Keseluruhan

Very solid service and a lot of stuff going on behind the curtains. You can see how the servers are optimized for the best connection to the brokers in the given locations and you can always resolve your concerns via their chat option which is not a case with other general VPS providers. You need something, you get it quick

Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari FXVM?

the vps service is solid performs as expected and has no downtime

Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari FXVM?

everything looks good, nothing i would change now

Keseluruhan

It has been great so far, they deliver on what they promise and no tech issues yet

Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari FXVM?

While FXVM provides a diverse range of features, I have noticed that their customer support response times are quick but could be even faster, which can be reassuring when urgent issues arise

Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari FXVM?

Honesty in online chat communication and providing accurate information.
More reasonable pricing.
Providing the Administrator user, not a dummy user

Keseluruhan

I strongly advise against trusting the advice given by the online chat on this website. I was very specific about the datacenter I wanted for the VPS I was purchasing, and they confirmed 100% in the chat that they were selling exactly the service I needed. However, after the delivery, I found out that it was not the specified datacenter and that they only shared the same city!

Moreover, their server prices are significantly higher compared to the quality of service they provide. Initially, when I insisted on the desired datacenter and they confirmed that it was available, they put me through a long series of questions trying to understand the issue. In the end, after much struggle and follow-ups, they canceled the service and refunded me, but deducted 10% of my payment.

My testing process for the VPS took less than an hour, yet they still withheld 10% of my amount. They are very dishonest and unreliable. Stay away from them!

Just 4 charts with the same EA, No indicators

Keseluruhan

It depends on how much you load up the charts. But if they only have a single EA, or no more than 2-3 indicators on each chart it'll work fine.

Keseluruhan

HI quick question will lite run one mt4 open and 4 charts thanks in advance

Keseluruhan

I strongly recommended FXVM as excellent VPS provider.

Keseluruhan

i e-mail them, LUH said they only has euro data centres,i'm not sure is london centre or not.

but fxvm has many data centres to chose.

thanks

Keseluruhan

Yes, a lite package is fine to run 1 MT4 with 2 charts.

Keseluruhan

Thanks for being such a great long term customer Goode.

The reason Linkuphost are cheaper is because they're in lower cost, more remote, data centres. If you want low latency to most brokers you'll need to have a VPS in the same datacentre, and that server space is expensive.

As with most things, you get what you pay for with a VPS.

Keseluruhan

i used fxvm about 3-4 years. now i find its vps is much more expensive than LinkUphost ?
i'm a old user every time i pay one year fee to them, its about 470-480$ and my vps is 2 core Cpu and 2GB memory ....
in the past three years, only happen one time the vps shut down unusual.and support is very quickly.

and the next year i want to try linkuphost,i see it 480$ a year/6GB MEMORY/3 CPU....

the same price like my fxvm vps, bout almost double size.......

what do you think?

i haven't used other vps ,only fxvm.

Keseluruhan

i wonder if the lite vps plan will be fine with only one MT4 open, only running 2 charts with a scalper EA.?

Keseluruhan

I have tried a couple of different VPS provider and these are by far the best. There response is very fast and there service is great, and there prices are reasonable. Look no where else!!!

Keseluruhan

I am and it works perfectly!

Keseluruhan

Anyone using this with Ninjatrader platform? That's what I need to spec for.

Keseluruhan

My criteria to select them is that is a company EXCLUSIVELY dedicated to forex vps, have servers on NY and London with extremely low latency, good reputation and reasonable prices.

I've tested their servers little time but I must say the setup was instantaneous and really easy to connect to.
The other thing worth mentioning is that they support was really excellent.

At the end I needed a server with more ram and asked for a refund and I got my money back asap.

In my case I recommend them
