FXVM has proven to be extremely reliable over the past few years. I’ve experienced virtually no downtime. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed, often resolving issues within minutes. The stability and support give me full confidence in running live trading systems without interruption.

What would you improve about FXVM?

One suggestion would be to make two-factor authentication (2FA) mandatory by default for added account security. While it's available, enabling it should be more strongly encouraged, especially for users running high-value trading accounts. This is a BIG negative point for me, I'm swapping anytime soon if they dont add this security.

When I needed support, they were quick to help, which made the whole experience even better compared to the dreadful and slow email convos with other general VPS providers

Not much but the users should make sure they select the location with the lowest latency, otherwise the slippage will be higher

Very solid service and a lot of stuff going on behind the curtains. You can see how the servers are optimized for the best connection to the brokers in the given locations and you can always resolve your concerns via their chat option which is not a case with other general VPS providers. You need something, you get it quick

I strongly advise against trusting the advice given by the online chat on this website. I was very specific about the datacenter I wanted for the VPS I was purchasing, and they confirmed 100% in the chat that they were selling exactly the service I needed. However, after the delivery, I found out that it was not the specified datacenter and that they only shared the same city!

Moreover, their server prices are significantly higher compared to the quality of service they provide. Initially, when I insisted on the desired datacenter and they confirmed that it was available, they put me through a long series of questions trying to understand the issue. In the end, after much struggle and follow-ups, they canceled the service and refunded me, but deducted 10% of my payment.

My testing process for the VPS took less than an hour, yet they still withheld 10% of my amount. They are very dishonest and unreliable. Stay away from them!

The reason Linkuphost are cheaper is because they're in lower cost, more remote, data centres. If you want low latency to most brokers you'll need to have a VPS in the same datacentre, and that server space is expensive.

As with most things, you get what you pay for with a VPS.

i used fxvm about 3-4 years. now i find its vps is much more expensive than LinkUphost ?
i'm a old user every time i pay one year fee to them,its about 470-480$ and my vps is 2 core Cpu and 2GB memory ....
in the past three years,only happen one time the vps shut down unusual.and support is very quickly.

and the next year i want to try linkuphost,i see it 480$ a year/6GB MEMORY/3 CPU....

the same price like my fxvm vps,bout almost double size.......

Anyone using this with Ninjatrader platform? That's what I need to spec for.

My criteria to select them is that is a company EXCLUSIVELY dedicated to forex vps, have servers on NY and London with extremely low latency, good reputation and reasonable prices.

I've tested their servers little time but I must say the setup was instantaneous and really easy to connect to.
The other thing worth mentioning is that they support was really excellent.

At the end I needed a server with more ram and asked for a refund and I got my money back asap.
