Today I have lost enough money, my vps was rebooted and all my EAs not work, I am finding a new company.

same here , another hard disk failure in august with no backup and they took 2 days to replay

My vps are down from yesterday. They are working without access. I am sending critical tickets without response.
The service of this company is truely bad.

Keseluruhan
good service, 6 months 0 problems, 100% online
Keseluruhan
really really bad!
after using couple months, my VPS has disappeared suddenly. I opened a ticket with highest priority and they replied it after 2 days(!) with informing "we had a harddisk failure and all your data is gone.
i asked for a backup restore and learned that they don't have a backup policy!
all my ea's, indicators, configurations are lost. since i have everything in dropbox, i even accepted this and start installing everything from scratch but the VPS went away next day. i opened a new ticket. again answered days later. "we restarted your vps. it will work again"
yes. it started working again and after couple hours went down again.
so really. dont waste your money and time. use something else. i even don't mention names. just use another vps not SW VPS.

for now is fine, good service

The worst customer support I have ever experienced. I have lost all my data as the VPS crashed and support will not respond to my repeated requests for support. 24 hrs later, still no response. Warning: if you are trading forex on live accounts, you would be wise to spend some time ensuring the VPS provider has excellent support 24/7. You get what you pay for. Don't use dodgy operators and expect quality service.

Simply awful. Multiple dropouts combined with slow and unresponsive customer service. I've lost $$$ by using these guys. AVOID!
Keseluruhan

SWVPS need to improve their customer service. What kind of business you are running without taking care of your customers?
Keseluruhan
Could not log in. Customer service did not respond until 24hrs later. And when I finally do get to log in I find all my apps have been closed out with nothing in the service logs telling me how that happened. And yes, that online support is total BS! SWVPS SUCKS!!!!!
Keseluruhan
Horrible customer service....VPS container hung and it took 10hr for the technical support to react after the urgent support ticket was opened.
Had to scramble to install MT4 on home PC to manage my trades.

GOOD VPS AND GOOD PRICE

One thing is bad with this company is if you see the support online but in real offline.
I experiment lot of time out of service of the vps.
Take care
