They are still very good, and support is excellent. You probably had a one-time mishap, I believe your issue got corrected very fast afterwards.

Support doesn't answer for 1 days, the purchased service is not activated, why do you say it's good, great?

Excellent provider. No unscheduled shutdowns for the two years I've rented at them.

I have been using VpsForexTrader.com for 5 years alreadu, moved up from the first package to the second one without problems, and they even upgraded me when their whole servers were upgraded because I was working on old Windows 2008 server and that one is obsolete for them.
They always answer fast and kindly and the best thing - there wasn't even one power failure or an unscheduled shutdown in all this time!
Really the best, keep on going!

I have been using VpsForexTrader.com for 3 years and all I can say is that their service is truly the best I have seen. There are hundreds of VPS providers and I tried some others before as well, but these guys are simply the best.
Highly recommended.
