It says, No Scalping in 1 of the rules. What’s their definition of scalping?

Hi!No, this competition does not have a Maximum Daily Drawdown or Maximum Overall Drawdown rule. The contest is ranked based on trading performance, and there are no daily or overall drawdown limits participants need to stay within.

The "No Scalping" rule specifically refers to tick scalping, not standard scalping strategies.
Tick scalping involves executing a very high volume of extremely short-duration trades to capture tiny price movements on individual ticks. This includes:
- Ultra-short holding times- Excessive execution frequency- Micro-scalping behavior- Strategies that rely on unrealistically precise execution conditions or simulated execution characteristicsRegular scalping strategies are allowed. Only trading styles primarily designed to exploit market microstructure inefficiencies or platform execution behavior are prohibited.

The tournament is currently in the registration phase, so trading is not yet available. Trading will begin on July 1, allowing you to place trades.

Hi! That's correct. There are no maximum risk per trade restrictions and no daily or overall drawdown limits during the tournament.
Your objective is simply to achieve the highest profit by the end of the competition while following the tournament rules.

If you trade in minutes. ..... Your analysis should start from daily tf or 4/1 hr .... ..scalping involved opening and closing of positions quickly

Is there a limit in time, for example, if you keep the trade 2 or 5 minutes it will not be considered scalping. Something more mathematical so that we can be sure we are not scalping.
