Which settings did you mean exactly?
Click your porfile Picture > Settings, and it wil show this page. This is what I mean.

Click on your profile picture > settings, and it will show this page. Check on Connection status.

Same problem
Go to your profile click "my profile" then top right there is "user settings" click on it then go to accounts

I have the exact same problem as you. In fact, I have made several trades, but none of them are shown in my Myfxbook account, and it says that no trades have been made.

Hi! For the No Tick-Scalping rule, we evaluate the overall trading pattern, not individual trades. As a general guideline, holding trades for more than 2 minutes is typically considered safe, but an occasional shorter trade is not a violation by itself.
