Hello Myfxbook Support Team,I am participating in the OneFunded Trading Cup September 2026 competition.I believe my competition account is correctly registered and I have already been actively trading according to the competition rules. However, my MT5 account is still not appearing on the official competition leaderboard.My account details are:MT5 Login: 27107386 Username: user-1415 Competition: OneFunded Trading Cup – September 2026My account has already generated approximately $13,000 in equity, but my account/profit is not being reflected on the competition leaderboard.Could you please verify the following:Whether MT5 account 27107386 is correctly registered as a participant in the September 2026 OneFunded competition.Whether this account is correctly connected to my Myfxbook competition profile.Whether my trading activity and profit are being received by the competition system.Whether there is any synchronization, Auto Update, or account-status issue preventing my account from appearing on the leaderboard.Whether my account is currently eligible and compliant with the competition rules.I can provide screenshots of my MT5 account, balance/equity, trade history, registration, and current profit as evidence.Please investigate my account and confirm whether my competition registration and leaderboard tracking are working correctly.Thank you.

Hi! Your trades are recorded on MT5. The issue is with the Myfxbook leaderboard update, which is fully managed on their side.
We’ve already contacted the Myfxbook team regarding the delays and are waiting for the ranking data to be updated. Once refreshed, your trading activity and stats should appear correctly.

The exact same thing happened to me; I placed over 50 trades, yet the myfxbook onefunded results screen shows that I haven't traded yet.
Hi! We’re aware of this issue. There is currently a delay on the Myfxbook side in updating the leaderboard and trading stats.
We’ve already contacted their team and are waiting for the ranking data to be refreshed.

Hi! After registering for the competition, you should receive your $10K MT5 demo account credentials from Myfxbook.
Log in to the account via MetaTrader 5 (MT5) using those credentials, and you can place trades directly from the MT5 terminal.

Hi! There is no specific maximum lot size limit per trade stated in the OneFunded Trading Cup rules. You can manage your position size according to your trading strategy and available margin.

Hi! If your MT5 account is still active and you can trade normally, the “suspended” status may be related to the Myfxbook profile/competition display rather than the trading account itself.
Please contact Myfxbook support at [email protected] with your account ID so their team can check the status on their side.

Hi! There is no profit target and no daily or overall drawdown limit for the competition. You just need a minimum of 5 closed trades to qualify for a prize.

Hi! There is no strict minimum holding time. As a general guideline, trades held for more than 2 minutes are typically not considered tick scalping. We look at the overall trading pattern.
