Can You Really Learn Forex Trading Without Paying for a Course?
The learning curve is too steep to not undertake a valuable course - time is extremely valuable during the learning stage. They can save years of learning + correcting errors. The very difficult part is filtering out the rubbish from the legitimate value-add courses from people, ensuring course owners transparently publish their own live, verified track record.
Anything data-backed with a scientific approach and likely following the automation path is veering towards the right course for sustainable profitability.

Paid courses are actually the worst. I fell into this trap myself. Going back in time, I’d recommend everyone to start with some good text books. Since I'm an AMT trader, it’s Mind over Markets+ Trading in the Zone combo. It’s rather about futures, but concepts can be applied to forex too. Or if you want smth lighter, Market Wizards can be helpful.
There's a lot of educational content on Youtube.All you need to do is consume content from different sources, and use Ai (like claude) to help you out with questions.A reminder that youtubers will most likely target you to their premium groups, just avoid that
90% of those paid courses are just a scam to fleece newbies, n everyone here knows it. in this age of info overload, u won't survive by reading some textbook or watching free tutorials—u survive when u finally learn to extract ur own edge from every painful loss u take w/ ur own cash. stop wasting time on analysis junk n focus on building ur own trading log n risk mgt, that’s where the real game is.
I never paid for anything, but I tried to stick to a solid plan. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and spent a lot of time reading articles and books. It worked for me.
