How to set personal limits correctly

Setting personal limits correctly starts with knowing what feels comfortable and healthy for you. Think about your time, energy, money, and emotions. Ask yourself what you can realistically handle without feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

Be clear and specific. For example, decide how much time you’ll spend on something, how much money you’re willing to use, or what behavior you won’t accept from others. Simple, clear rules are easier to follow.

Most importantly, stick to your limits. They are there to protect your well-being, not restrict you. And it’s okay to adjust them as you grow and learn more about yourself.

I used to set limits based on what I wanted to make, not what I could afford to lose. Switching focus to capital protection changed everything.
