STARTRADER Appoints Moe Padhani Chief Commercial Officer
STARTRADER has made another strategic recruitment, with Moe Padhani joining the firm as its new Chief Commercial Officer, following on from the company's recent acquisition of the UAE SCA license.
Moe Padhani, who is Dubai-based, is joining STARTRADER from INFINOX, having previously worked as Head of Sales and Commercial. For the last ten years, he held various senior roles at INFINOX, such as Commercial Manager, Head of Partners Relationship, and Head of Client Services; overseeing initiatives in sales, partnerships, and worldwide client support.
Throughout his tenure, Moe has been a key driver in the development of commercial strategy to long-term growth. He spearheaded the development of new promotional programs and regional incentives, and led the creation of a new Sub Brand as well as a Prime Desk. He worked cross-functionally as well to align global offices and Premium Partners with the larger commercial vision.
This executive recruitment further expands STARTRADER's international footprint and adds strength to its leadership pipeline, in addition to the recent arrivals of Allan Maira (Operations Head) and Clarice Frost (Client Operations Specialist), both also from INFINOX.
STARTRADER has regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions, including the SCA (UAE), ASIC (Australia), FCA (UK), FSCA (South Africa), FSA (Seychelles), and FSC (Mauritius).
