slow customer service i dont know why its like so hard to talk to their customer service and my account management that will just ask one question and will offline in full 1 day

we need to upgrade the fast withdrawal and fast customer service that really know what need to be done

mm experience was frustrating due to the slow customer service and delayed responses from account management. I was unable to withdraw my remaining balance, and whenever I contacted customer service, they redirected me to my account manager. However, my account manager is often unavailable, making it very difficult to get assistance and resolve my issue.
