I tested pending orders right away. I placed a couple buy limits and sell stops on majors just to see how clean the process feels. No weird menus, no extra clicks, just done.

What do you like best about ActivTrades?
I can see that activtrades has put in the work to make their proprietary platform. They integrated charts from tradingview and added a variety of features from market buzz to chat. Besides that, pricing is balanced. Spreads for EUR/USD is usually 0.8 pips, but may wide up to 1.2 pips during market overlaps.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
Customer service is the area for improvements imho. Live chat may answer quickly, but email support is slow.

I was sure in activtrades right from the beginning, because they are FCA regulated and have an additional funds insurance up to $1,000,000. I don’t have such a big trading balance, but still, I feel myself very secure. When it comes to trading, they do their job well. Trades get executed the same second I press market order, and withdrawals work as they should.

What do you like best about ActivTrades?
Trading costs are shown clearly from the beginning. Just opening trading history and you see how much you lose on spreads, swaps, etc. No surprises. That transparency makes a huge difference.

In my expereince (not big with them), I'm more on their demo account - testing my different setups for eurusd. I use different combinations of indiciators from MAs to various volume indicators, and testing all that on virtual funds is simple, and the platform has yilded meaningful results for me - worth applying to my charts on the real account. I'm still in the trial phase with my real money, wanna be more confident. The rest will follow, Im sure.

I guess I liked it happened to be exactly my uncle told me, and that it didn't cause me big problems like critical delays during trading sessions, and it's the broker's strong side I think, at least from what I've seen so far when trading my forex pairs.

Been a member since late 2021, half a decade trading here. I cant say im active in trading like everyday and every minute, its not like that. I have my account and my setups, I hunt them on D1 and 4H and sometimes the setup may occur once in a week. Looking everyday is enough to make my analysis, and thats the approach im using the last year . Trading hasnt been anything serious for me, just a bit more than a hobby, and I have my capital and dont worry about it. In years they didnt change much, and I appreciate it about them really.

But I still think that they can be even better, especially for beginner trades. The initial deposit can be lowered down maybe, but most importantly, they can make more webinars, on more topics and offer them more than the current single webinars they hold once a week.

What do you like best about ActivTrades?
On the good side, the broker is reliable and regulated and this I think is one of the main advantages of activtrades. It's a well known name in the industry and this acts as a magnet for traders who look for such a platform. Trading wise, the platform can be improved, i mean the trading conditions.

There are withdrawals fees, small, but still i was surprised to see them since most of the brokers out there have eliminated those annoying fees

Prices are okay, mostly. For forex I have no complaints, spreads are tight most of the time. That also goes for most of the blue-chip stocks that I trade, that's what keeping me here.
Lotta features are here too that can help you with trading, and analysis for example.

I had some poor customer experience the last time I addressed them, the answers were unclear.

Signed up last summer, so technically it's been a year. I'm having an okay experience so far , I've outlined the pros and cons, and hopefully cons are going get taken care of.
Still, I trade here daily, have my own portfolio of assets I trade, and I try to pick more volatile ones when it comes to trading becasue I like the deal to open right when I click at the price, and there should be enough demand for that.

Whole selection of platforms is great, tradingview is my favourite of course. But good job on activtrader platform too, if tradingview wasn't here, i would be trading on their own prop platform for sure. Pricing is nice too, for forex and other popular assets, low spreads.

SUpport can be improved like going omni-channel where they have support in popular messengers and etc. Not many features too, seems like activtrades is falling behind a bit when it comes to AI insights and help and etc.

Signed up in early 2021 at time when dinosaurs were alive LOL. They were legit then, and they are legit now, so from the legal side, nothing really changed. The fact tham I'm still a client is enough to confirm that I think.

If i was in the management of the company i would root for creating more account types. The individual account is fine, I have no complaints, but it would be great if there were more accounts tailored for specific trading styles.

This is a broker you should choose once you start trading with a serious account size. Their reliability and reputation is outstanding. I love the service. Very professional. As for trading, it’s not bad at all, even though I had only one option to choose for the account - the individual. The professional account was not an option for me because of its pretty high initial depo requirement.

"Around 9 months with Activtrades"
What do you like best about ActivTrades?
Two things I like the most are: platforms and education. TradingView and MT5 are nice, I used both and lately using more TradingView because it's just more comfortable. Education is quite great, led by experts and topics there cover are versatile.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
More features would have been nice, like insights right in the platform. for example. stocks trading can use like earning and forecast from experts.
Overall
Trading pretty heavy, not much lots but a lot of trades every day. Intraday trading is alright with activtrades, usually my trades run for couple of hours tops. Eur/usd is affordable, 0.7 pips on average, and I've seen lower than 1 pip for Eur/jpy and for aud/usd is just above 1 pip, on average these are pretty decent prices.
