In my opinion, they should expand their bonus system. Offering $500 for referring a friends is good, but they could add other bonus types.
Overall
I'm trading currently on the broker's platform, it's mostly mt5 (good for both scalping and swing), and currently trying to get profitable in scalping, though unlucky so far.
Support's communication style is good, by the way. I had some interactions when starting my demo trading 4 years ago. They're professionals in what they're doing.

"Seems like a good broker for now"
What do you like best about ActivTrades?
Undoubtedly overall reliability is one of their best attributes. Let me elaborate on it a bit. The reliability comes from their length of the presence in the market combined with regulations that they hold. They have been operating since 2001 (25 years), which is a huge milestone for any broker. As for the regulations, they have several of them, but the fact they have FCA tells me a lot about them.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
Personally, I believe that they could add artificial intelligence in their features. Might be an AI for analyzing news and notifying about them in real time, sounds pretty cool to me.
Overall
I only recently started to trade with activtrades, but already like what I’m experiencing. I opened a real trading account right now, but funded it with a small amount of money to test the broker. Trading conditions are pretty tight, even though the account is not raw. The spreads are usually at 0.7 pip with 0 commission fees. Will trade for two more weeks, and if they show stability in conditions, I will go heavy in size and start trading for real.

"Low swap fees"
What do you like best about ActivTrades?
I take swing trades only, can’t find opportunities intraday at all. So, I always face swaps, but with activtrades they are actually not that big. They charge a bit more than spreads, but it depends on the asset and market conditions obviously. As for spreads, they start from 0.5 pips only for EUR/USD.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
They have 4 trading platforms at the moment, but it would be cool if they add a cTrader platform as well. It has some good algo trading bots inside of it, more diversity is always nice.
Overall
All in all, the broker feels good to trade with. The swaps and spreads are consistently low and don’t take a big portion of the profits. In addition, I enjoy interacting with the customer service team. They seem to be online all the time, even deep at night… The answer from their side is pretty much instantaneous, takes only several minutes at max.

"I could handle in one session"
What do you like best about ActivTrades?
Of course, I can’t help but mention their proprietary trading app. It’s much better than standard MT4 and MT5 terminals. Moreover, if you’re unaware of this, you gotta know that they built-in tradinview’s interface into the platform, so for those who are sick of switching between platforms like me when you analyze on tradingview, but opening trades on separate app like me, then it’s a good solution for you.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
Well, i’m still surpised that they dont’ have any AI tools, like chatbots, or signals, or analyzing market news, I’m pretty sure that a broker of such a level can afford to implement such cutting-edge technologies. If more and more customers start mentioning it, I think it’s just a matter of time when they will add these toosl.

I joined less than a year ago, and exactly here I changed my trading systemt. I used to overstimate how much I could handle in one session. Because of that my mental condition was too tired, hence my results weren’t the best. Now I don’t try to open a bunch of trades within a day.

I remember my first experience, I actually went to a bank to make a deposit through wire because I wasn't so aware of many things in the industry. That account got blown and my next deposit was by visa, and second was the charm for me becasue I actually stopped on real and went to demo and back and forth and my first withdrawal took some time because visa is the longest when it comes to taking your money out.
I have a good history with the broker and a good experience as well, must've been like 5 years already, I grew so much as a trader and literally too haha

For those who are learning you get best education from Paul Wallace I saw his lessons on YT as well it's nice. I like how they tackle some new strategies each time like smc and ict principles these are the good stuff I think. I read a lot of good reviews about education here and I think they was right.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
So far Im on demo but I have seen more high spreads on pairs and some stocks. I think its even above market average so its a point to improve, - spreads for assets.

Number 1 concern for me was safety and it's high here no problem with their legal side + regulations. Also many years in the market this plays a big role too because with experience broker learns to do best business. One issue I alrady told them to fix others is nice.

Hard to mention only one thing, everything was on decent level. Spreads, platform and assets range, even analytical and education resources. It’s how I imagined brokers should look, until I knew how things really are.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
A small one they should improve is a connection to tradingview. You need to log in all over again, which is annoying. Moreover, it is better to add some copy trading or similar service.

What do you like best about ActivTrades?
The biggest pro in the beginning was their customer service, honest and to the point, I like it much. Plus they have ton of different features, education and stuff.
What would you improve about ActivTrades?
i Dont think they have any place that needs improving lol,but I guess costs can be lower, this is a standard advice haha. I remember struggling to pick a platform too btw, you can make it more expandable so people can see the differences.

I don't really care much about those licences and stuff, it's just paper for me. The only way a broker can earn trust of client is time and stability, and activtrades showed me this. For example, in my 3 years, only 2 Ive been profitable becasue the first year I was here I was kinda between profit and loss and I used to eat up my profits due to greed and other issues, glad those are in the past. So the withdrawals in my profitable years were all the same, i request, they approve and money comes in. This is also the time I Was glad to use E wallet instead of bank transfer, becasue its just faster, and I set it up quick.
