What do you like best about Capex?
it is a vestatile broker, that offers wide range of trading incstruments. THe trading platfrom is fast, very resposnive, with stable server connection. Also, the trading conditions are attractive.

if I am asked what to imrrove here, hm, maybe idk....to be honest all feels solid to me

all has been going very well. Trading and have no issues, it is that broker that is for sure legit. I trade and I really liek it, recommed it.

I like having decent leverage on stocks, and there are no hidden comissions tradign them. Moroever, I cant skip mentioning the pool of stocks is broad. ALso, the suppport team is very resposnive, they deserve high praise from me

The trading platfrom I use ...cant say that is has the best design tho

So far on a demo account ...so far it is ok for me. It is a solid broker with proper trading conditions. I have everything that I need for trading, therefore I dont plan to move from here at all. All good. Jus try it yourself, and see how great the services are here

The trading platform is distinct. It’s not an ordinary metatrader platform, they made something special. The charts are from tradingview by the way, which made the experience superior.
What would you improve about Capex?
I would lower the minimum deposit requirement respectfully.

I’m on a trial, trading with a free demo account, cause I was not sure whether I’m ready to fulfill min depo requirement. It’s been several weeks, and honestly the broker seems good. Even customer service is helpful, answers questions right on time. So, I will trade on a demo a bit and then most probably transfer on a live acc.

Well, it has a wide pool of trading instruments, which I think is great , because when one market is inactive, you change focus to another one.
Also, trading conditions are quite attractive here

Support team can be faster I think, that is something to work on

I like how favourable trading conditions they offer for trading, here I didn’t feel that I was losing a lot of money on trading-costs.
What would you improve about Capex?
The customer support could be a lil bit faster than usual, I don’t like waiting for 30-45 mins to get one response.

If I’m not mistaken, it’s already been 3,5 years since I joined here but only today I decided to write my review about them. It’s good, without big flaws.

Take care before deal with them I don't recommend deal with them customer service very very bad after deposit money no answers and they don't care about your money and don't care to solve your issues!!!

They called me so many times and they told me deposit 1000 USD and we will assign professional account manager and he will guide you to gain big profits after deposit the professional account manager opened sell gold position with 600 USD and price go up very fast and I lost 1000 USD within 5 hours then they didn't answer and didn't reply to my requests to refund my money back the loss happened from the professional account manager and no reply till now just they called me after that ask to deposit more money !!!!!!!!
Also the account manager told me we have to follow risk management and don't open position with big amount then with first position he forgot what he said and opened position with 600 USD position from 1000 USD ????!!!!!
