Better treatment of clients, transparency, releasing clients funds in a timely manner, better website.

I’ve experienced slow, partial withdrawals where large amounts were not paid in full and were delayed — not just during holidays. The way funds are held back and paid slowly feels like a Ponzi-style situation to me — as if they’re waiting on new deposits before releasing older ones. I have no proof, but that’s the impression from my experience.
Also as a CFD broker, the pricing is synthetic and not like true market pricing.
If you expect fast, full withdrawals and real market prices, this is not my experience with Eightcap — maybe they should rename themselves “Eat Crap” based on how it feels from the client side.

I traded about a week here and after first day I make profit (about 500USD) they just cancel agreement with me and block my account. All profits was withdrawn and a deposit too. It is really good business model if you provide trading possibility only for traders who lose money.

Hey they are great . there costumer support is also good but there is only live chat option and they do your work very fast if you want them to do anything according to your account needs. There spreads are good . They have independent channels to deposit and withdraw crypto i just withdraw 74 dollars is usdt and they take whole 1 day to hit my wallet but they are good if you are doing trading seriously you can easily use them with trust
