"Very Disappointing Withdrawal Experience – Be Careful"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari ePlanet Brokers?
The tournament itself was well organized, and the $500 prize was eventually credited to my real account. The support team also responded to my inquiries. However, my experience changed completely when I tried to withdraw my funds.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari ePlanet Brokers?
The withdrawal process needs major improvement. After receiving my $500 tournament prize, I requested to withdraw $400 to my bank account and transfer the remaining $100 to my trading account. I was informed by support that bank transfer withdrawals are currently not available and that I can only request a withdrawal through cryptocurrency. This was very disappointing because I wanted to withdraw my money through a bank transfer. Customers should be clearly informed about the available withdrawal methods before depositing or trading real money.
Keseluruhan
I participated in an ePlanet Brokers demo tournament on September 24, 2026 and finished in first place, with a $500 prize. After completing the required procedures, the prize was credited to my real account.
However, when I tried to withdraw $400 to my bank account, I was told by customer support that bank transfer withdrawals are currently not available and that I must use cryptocurrency instead.
This was a major disappointment and seriously affected my trust in the company. My experience with the tournament was positive, but the withdrawal experience was very frustrating.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering ePlanet Brokers confirm in writing which withdrawal methods are actually available in their country before depositing real money.

Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari ePlanet Brokers?
The platform is stable and execution is very fast, especially on MetaTrader 5. Spreads are tight and the variety of account types, including ECN and Gold accounts, makes it easy to choose what fits your strategy. Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question.

It would be nice to see more funding and withdrawal options added for global users. Also, expanding the educational resources would make it even better for beginners.

I’ve been trading with eplanetBrokers for a couple of years and my experience has been excellent. The account opening process was smooth, deposits and withdrawals have always been reliable, and the trading conditions are very competitive. The copy trading features and analytical tools are also a big plus. Overall, this is one of the most trustworthy brokers I’ve worked with.
"I CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari ePlanet Brokers?

Keseluruhan
I categorically do not recommend this broker!!!! Registered in May 2025. Opened an ECN account. Initially deposited $200, trading was good, order execution was about 130 ms, slippage is present, of course. Traded GER30. The broker regularly withdrew a small profit. On July 15, 2025, I deposited $3,000. A week later, when there were $6,183.67 in the trading account, the broker froze access to my personal account and trading accounts. I contacted my personal manager Mr. Hooman on Telegram and WhatsApp with a description of the problem. I did not receive any response. I sent 3 letters to support, did not receive any responses. In the online chat, managers ban IP addresses from which I contact, I have to use a VPN every time. Finally, today in the online chat they told me that they suspect me of arbitrage, so they are not going to return either the profit or the deposit. Once again I indicated that their position should be reflected in an official letter. I will have to contact their regulator MISA (Comoros Islands) with it.
In general, guys, this is an ordinary B-broker, do not think that they will let you earn and withdraw money here.
I CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
