Capping spreads during news would help. Second, stop orders experience significant slippage during volatile moves, often filling 5-10 pips away from the trigger price, so a Guaranteed Stop option for a small fee would be valuable. Third, adding a native trading analytics dashboard in the Exness app to track Win Rate, R multiples, and performance by session would save traders from using external tools. Fixing these three points would make Exness perfect for retail technical traders.

Nevertheless, the legitimate trading profit of 9,451.59 USDT generated from my trades remains locked and unavailable for withdrawal up to now.
From 6 March to 21 May 2026, I fully cooperated with all risk control and compliance reviews requested by your platform. I submitted every required document in a timely manner, including personal bank statements, spousal relationship certification, and proof of my spouse’s source of funds. On 1 April 2026, I completed the mandatory live video final verification as instructed: I verbally answered all designated questions and finished full identity authentication. The customer service representative confirmed at that time that my case had entered the final review stage, and full withdrawal access would be restored once the audit concluded.
Despite completing the entire verification procedure, your platform kept issuing new, ad-hoc supplementary document requests one after another. I supplied all additional materials punctually with zero delays or refusal to cooperate. Throughout this period, I proactively contacted customer service numerous times to enquire about audit progress and the estimated timeline for profit withdrawal. However, your team only provided vague generic replies stating “review in progress”, without disclosing specific audit milestones, the root cause of my fund restriction, or official standard processing deadlines. This left me waiting indefinitely with no clear updates.
As the legal registered account holder, I hold the right to receive full transparent information about my audit status, progress and completion timeline. Regrettably, your platform has maintained insufficient transparency and deliberately delayed the lifting of my withdrawal restriction. Even after I submitted a formal complaint, my case was not escalated to senior compliance staff, and no targeted resolution plan was offered. I had to initiate every single follow-up communication manually, while your team never took the initiative to send progress updates or review outcomes via official emails or client portal notifications. All responses from support agents were generic template messages lacking concrete evidence for the withdrawal lock, clear processing milestones or actionable solutions.
To date, my legitimate profit of 9,451.59 USDT is still unreasonably blocked from withdrawal, and your platform has failed to specify the exact criteria or definite timeframe to remove this restriction.

Why did I write this review? Because Exness has three issues that have completely destroyed my trust in it.

First: After a review over the past six months, the withdrawal process is still indefinitely delayed.
Since I deposited funds on January 21, 2026, my account has remained in the review stage and the funds have been unable to be withdrawn normally. During this past six months, Exness has repeatedly asked me to submit various documents, including ID cards, proof of fund sources, bank statements, contracts, live video footage, etc. I have always cooperated actively, providing whatever the platform requested. I thought that by cooperating earnestly, the review process would be completed quickly. However, the reality was that after submitting each batch of materials, what I received was not the completion of the review but the need to provide additional materials and wait further. The customer service's reply was always the same: "Under review, please wait patiently." Not ten days, not a month, but nearly half a year. Is such a review efficiency normal?

Second: The reviewers made serious mistakes that undermined the credibility of the work.
On June 11, 2026, the auditor informed me that there were problems with the materials. However, upon further investigation, it turned out that it was not my materials that were the issue, but rather the auditor had mistakenly read the contract address incorrectly, which caused the review process to be blocked. Eventually, I had to contact the customer service myself to correct the mistake made by the review department. This matter was related to thousands of dollars of user funds, but due to the auditor's error, a lot of time was wasted unnecessarily. If even the most basic information can be misread, how can we trust the professionalism of the Exness review team? This is simply absurd!

Third: The customer service was unresponsive, and the appeal process has been ongoing for a long time with no resolution.
In order to protect my legitimate rights and interests, I have submitted appeals through multiple channels, hoping that the platform would handle the matter seriously. However, up to this day, the issue still remains unresolved. It never takes my demands seriously and has not replied to me via email. Its attitude is perfunctory, making it difficult for me to breathe. Why is it so hard for me to seek redress and retrieve my outstanding payment?

I solemnly declare that the two sources of my funds are genuine and clear. The entire transaction process was conducted in accordance with the platform's rules, and was a legal and compliant transaction without any violations or abnormal operations.
If Exness continues to indefinitely delay the review process, restrict my funds, and fails to provide a clear outcome, I will continue to safeguard my rights through legal channels such as public complaints until the issue is properly resolved.
