"Com certeza as regras do trade"
What do you like best about FBS?
Uma das primeiras coisas que me chamou atenção foi a clareza com que as regras de trade foram explicadas. Não há comissões de trade para abrir e fechar posições, alavancagem até 1:3000, execução de ordens muito rápida com slippage mínimo, que é muito importante para mim. E o mais importante é o spread, começa em 0,7 pips, eu não precisei depositar $10.000 para ter essas condições, diferente de outras plataformas de corretagem. Muitas corretoras falam de transparência, os termos eram realmente diretos e bem documentados, não precisei do suporte para resolver questões pequenas.
What would you improve about FBS?
O aplicativo da FBS tem uma interface de última geração, mas não posso dizer que ele oferece muitos instrumentos avançados como a plataforma TradingView. Eu gostaria de ver como eles vão implementar a interface do TV no aplicativo.

Fbs.com é confiável e senti tranquilidade negociando sem desconfiar de pegadinha nas taxas. Só tive que me concentrar no processo do trade e ter profits, nem toda corretora dá essa tranquilidade no caminho.

What do you like best about FBS?
A funny detail, I think everyone has seen what spreads they offer, yeah, they were from 0,7 pips on average, I once compared spreads side by side with another broker, literally minute by minute.
The difference wasn’t huge, but this one consistently stayed just a bit cheaper even during immense volatility. When you are in the trading area for years, you start to understand over time, those “small differences” play a key role for cost-effective trading.
What would you improve about FBS?
The broker has a nice trading academy, beginner and experienced courses, but the problem is that all information is written in text, but I’d like to assimilate all insights visually through video lessons.
Overall
From my experience, FBS has been a reliable partner, they didn’t deliver any stressful situations like asking to approve documents again and again, providing false requotes that I've experienced in other places.

Hard to highlight one thing… I’ll go with general things. No stress was caused. No probelems with withdrawals. No interference to my trading.
The broker who simply did its job. This is what I liked the most.
What would you improve about FBS?
They should make some changes to keep with the market. My experience was good but it can be better. Adding new platforms, accounts, loweringrg leverage x3000 is too risky would be great

Satisfied with the broker. I trade intraday, trying to open trades on a daily basis. Considering my already 2+ years xp with the broker, I don’t like to switch from something that works fine. Just want few imporvmenrst…

Customer support indeed works very well. 24/7 and it’s quite fast connecting to real agents I mean bot. Also the broker is good in all major executions: payments, orders, and so on.
What would you improve about FBS?
No account for scalpers. Just a single one with variable spreads.
More web platform in addition to MT, looks kind of limited.
Overall
You see some things to work on… Though in general it’s acceptable to trade with intraday or swing strategies. Conditions are kind of designed for those trading styles and I didn’t find any troubles in the work of the platform itself.

What do you like best about FBS?
Fbs reviews contain positive comments which is a clear sign of reliability. I has gotta say not only are the spreads consistently tight, but the overall conditions remain competitive even during volatile hours. Withdrawals were processed smoothly, which is something I rarely encounter with similar brokers.
The platform, moreover, feels intuitive enough and offers depth for advanced traders like me. If I were to choose another broker, I would probably end up paying higher commissions.
What would you improve about FBS?
The way customer service responds to my questions is vague, I mean it takes some time until you get what they actually mean in their words. I know they’re experts, but learning how to explain everything in short would be handy.

In a nutshell, I’m having impressive trading results, their VIP analytics that I receive every single day on my gmail account gives enough information about market changes.

Saya ingin melihat lebih banyak jenis akun… broker ini sudah lama berdiri, jadi saya yakin mereka bisa menghadirkan lebih banyak variasi dan kreativitas dalam hal ini.

Kondisi trading di sini sangat transparan dan tidak ada hal yang mengejutkan selama saya trading dalam 2 tahun terakhir. Bahkan saat melakukan penarikan dana, yang biasanya menjadi titik rawan kekecewaan dengan broker lain, saya justru ingin memuji sistem pembayaran mereka. Sangat bagus.

Mobile platform is really high quality, done for the user, intuitive and fast.

Customer sercvice can be better, overall faster responsses.
Education is not so good as well, webinars and seminars can be added.
Also spreads, not always 0.7. sometimes 1 pip and over, need to hold them under 1 pip.

Okay one thing I don't have any problem with it the mobile app, that saved and helped me so many times. There were times where I opened some trades and then I had to go outside, and I was checking the trade from my phone. I also do withdrawals from the app as well because from the pc it just takes time.
Perhaps I was a little harsh on negatives, but I really care that this broker improves and becomes better, because I dont wanna switch to another place, I like it here , and this is why I want them to keep increasign the quality.

What i like must be obvious, i really like the low fees with trading indices intraday. The spreads are not wide at all, even if the NY session opens for s&p500 and us30. The commission fees are not charged too. Might be pretty strange, but the first time i didn’t pay for commissions is here.
What would you improve about FBS?
Customer service needs a bit of an improvement in terms of the speed of response. They may have a big traffic of questions, but they need more people working then..

The experience is smooth, without any hassle along the way. I know they are secure since they are regulated and are working for many years, i guess that is why i’m not facing any issues with payments, trading etc,

Mais recursos na plataforma. Comunidade, social trading que eu queria experimentar, essas coisas não são o foco principal deles, acredito.

Sendo bem sincero, apenas os pagamentos poderiam ser um problema e, como eles conseguiram cumprir com tudo, não tenho nada de ruim a dizer, só a agradecer a corretora. Abrir operações e fazer análises é divertido. Tudo é bem organizado e projetado para que mesmo alguém que ainda não atingiu o nível mestre possa negociar sem dificuldades.

Price and Spreed,
It would be better if the spread was a little bit smaller especially for XAUUSD, I like FBS because it has swap free facility too.
Overall
It's quite good, but standard accounts still experience frequent requotes, which can be very dangerous if you're trading using an EA. Take profit sometimes isn't set.

Spread-nya, untuk pasangan forex, berada di bawah rata-rata pasar. Bahkan untuk pasangan minor yang kurang populer pun biayanya rendah dan tanpa komisi.
What would you improve about FBS?
Saya masih melakukan analisis keseluruhan di TradingView dan kemudian melakukan trade di MT4, jadi saya rasa kalau mereka mengintegrasikan TradingView, itu akan sangat bagus.

Apa pun yang ditawarkan broker sebagai tambahan, misalnya 1000 aset untuk ditrade, atau 2-3 regulasi, dan yang lainnya, semuanya bukan hal yang paling penting buat saya. Prioritas utama saya adalah biaya, karena saya tahu spread yang tinggi itu tidak adil. The MT5 terminal works smoothly, it doesn’t lag even when I trade during publication of important macroeconomic news like CPI, PPI, and others. Moreover, all take profits and stop-losses execute almost at the exact price I set, the slippage is minimal.
What would you improve about FBS?
I would like to have access to a wider range of trading accounts because I’m going to implement various strategies in my trading system:
- scalping
- swing-positional
- intraday
and each approach requires different trading conditions.
Overall
I’m not afraid of heavy volatility anymore, I learned that I have to scalp in positions steadily rather than ape in full size.

Aplikasi copy trading ternyata lebih berguna dari yang saya bayangkan. Meski begitu, saya masih menggunakannya sebagai strategi sekunder saja.
Semua serba jelas. Kalau ada biaya, mereka tidak menyembunyikannya, setidaknya sejauh yang saya tahu.

Saya tidak punya keluhan soal spread, tapi menurut saya sebaiknya mereka menghapus biaya swap secara permanen.
Dan meskipun saya pernah bilang saya suka layanan pelanggan broker ini, kalau jujur, waktu responsnya bisa jauh lebih baik.

Sejujurnya, saya menemukan platform ini dari iklan di Google. Dan karena saat itu saya memang sedang mencari broker, FBS terlihat seperti pilihan yang menarik. Lagi pula, tidak mudah menemukan informasi tentang perusahaan yang tersedia dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Termasuk dukungan pelanggan, tentunya.

Sería una mezcla de las tarifas por transacción y la app móvil. En cuanto a las comisiones, simplemente son bajas. Antes tenían diferentes cuentas. Ahora, una sola pero completa, con comisiones bajas que se ajustan a cualquiera. No hay comisiones y la opción sin swap está disponible. En cuanto a la app móvil, su mayor ventaja en comparación con MT son los gráficos de TradingView. La interfaz también es más atractiva. No soporto los diseños antiguos.

Si ya tienen integrados los gráficos de TradingView, ¿por qué no cooperarían más con TradingView y se añadirían a la lista de brokers? Creo que sería genial operar directamente allí sin ni siquiera descargar una aplicación...

Un lugar muy seguro para operar, es decir, la fiabilidad ni siquiera está en duda, ya que tienen regulaciones y una buena reputación entre traders. La experiencia general también fue fluida. Llevo 2 años usándola y no tuve problemas con los retiros, el trading o el servicio de atención al cliente. Funciona bien, como debería, a decir verdad.

Atendimento ao cliente poderia ser muito melhor, especialmente considerando a escala da corretora. Poderia ser mais rápido e com uma seção de dúvidas melhor com recursos visuais como capturas de tela e instruções.

Na verdade, é simples, comparei algumas das principais corretoras e a FBS ficou em primeiro lugar. Desculpe ser tão pragmático, mas, quando se trata de dinheiro, você tem que escolher a melhor. Por exemplo, vi as mesmas condições (0,7 pip inicial e sem exigências) para depósito mínimo de US$ 500 em vários lugares e pensei: por que me fazer investir uma certa quantia para algo que deveria ser universal? E a FBS aqui compartilha dos meus valores: é acessível, com apenas US$ 5 para entrar. Não é suficiente para obter lucros, claro, mas o suficiente para aprender. Eles respeitam seu espaço e isso é muito mais importante.

costs here are defo one of the lowest, because it didn't cost much to open the account, but spreads were also tight which was interesting.

I would like to have some extra features like AI analytics inside the chart and stuff, because now I use chatgpt to analyze some of my trades and get recommendations.

Idk what was the actual reason, like was it the education here, or accounts, support or analytics, but it worked out, and it's going pretty well. I think I changed my mindset coming into this broker a swell, that I would keep going and stop blaming the market or others in my fails. If you take responsibility, it's gonna be hard, but only in the beginning, and then it;s gonna get bigger, Switching to fbs was defo a right choice because if you look at me know, I am actually interested in trading, not angry haha.

Durante los años que llevo operando con FBS, me contacté con el servicio de atención numerosas veces por problemas menores y preguntas sobre sus servicios. Sin embargo, no siempre responden rápido. El 30% de las veces se demoraron. Por eso, les recomendaría que amplíen el número de personal de soporte o algo similar para que las respuestas sean más rápidas.

Estoy aprovechando los retrocesos de NASDAQ a corto plazo desde niveles significativos como soporte y resistencia, y me está funcionando de maravilla hasta ahora. Esta es la razón principal por la que necesito una ejecución rápida en las operaciones. De lo contrario, mis operaciones ya habrían pasado para cuando se ejecuten, jeje.

It’s flawless work and instruments full- MT5. I didn’t even know that it’s possible to backtest and use automated strategies. Complicated for me but fascinating. And ofc pricing. Spreads are pretty tight in competitions to what i’ve seen on other brokers and no commissions

What I also see in others- copy trading. Would be great if they added it too.

Anyway, it wasn’t a biggy. If the platform was a good place, suitable for me in pricing and showed some reliability, those additionals could be neglected. I like my experience and I think this platform is for long-term as me in the trading .
