What do you like best about FortressFX?
The only thing I liked was the fast trade execution speed, which worked smoothly without delays.
What would you improve about FortressFX?
FortressFX urgently needs to improve transparency, withdrawal processing, and customer support. Disabling accounts without explanation is unacceptable.
Overall
Worst platform ever! I requested a withdrawal on 26 November, and till today there is ZERO update. Instead of processing my request, they disabled my account 2 hours ago and completely blocked all access — even MT5 login is not working.
On top of that, no one is helping or providing proper support. Every time I try to contact them, I get useless replies or no response at all. Because of their negligence, I have already faced a $1000 loss, and now my money is basically gone.
This is the most unprofessional and unreliable platform I have ever seen. Stay away if you don’t want your funds stuck and your account disabled without reason.
"New Broker But Owner is Trusted Person"
What do you like best about FortressFX?
Its made by TOPG Traders Atul as Owner. I am from one of his batches but this is a non promotion review. This is a new Broker giving max 2000 Live Account leverage even on ECN and Zero Spread and Pro Accounts. Zero is having Very Less Commission compared to Any Broker. Raw Spread has the Maximum commission but Spread is 1-2 points only (just like Zero). Things are at starting stages, they dont have leverage changing option to Accounts yet. I guess they should grow a lot as they are not White Label and B-Book Brokers for Sure. I am Arpit Sharma writing this about them.
What would you improve about FortressFX?
Leverage modificaiton option, More than 3 Live Account Creation Access, Clear FAQ About Commissions, Spreads live chart according to Account types in home page. Fast Support to real acocunt Clients. Havent withdrawn yet but that should be no commission charges for Withdraw to any crypto wallet, not forcing to withdraw to same wallet.
Overall
Its New so only deposit and trading experience is with me. Its good as MT5 working is Smooth Just the Broker is new so features have to be improved to industry standards. At Least common features should be available like multiple account creation no limit till 5 or 6 live accounts and if requested to suppost can create more too. Also Leverage of Acocunt to be changed and Demo account balance changing etc. Direct Spread monitoring option on webpage according to any of their Account types and Assets to watch for.
