Customer service it's actually quick and you get answer soon in most cases, I asked about the account and got detailed information on it. Plus they keep adding different features it's less spread and weekend crypto trading so you can know for sure they'd be adding something new with each major update.

I would add some more platforms. perhaps they should think about deveoping their own prop platfotfrom that is like Tradingview powered, it makes trading so much comfortable.

I actually liked that they have a single account from the start because I dont believe in overcomplicating these things. And withdrawals proved to be quick and effective and it was like the strong argument towards their legitimacy. Cant say I trade much but I trade enough to generate some volume, it's swing trading.

FXCC has been a reliable partner and I’m still here because they never stop developing their services. The recent huge update on providing 24/7 cryptocurrency trading was a game changer not only for me, but for most crypto enthusiasts. As you know, there are always low trading volumes on the crypto market and most assets are influenced by manipulations of whales, and I always try to short if I see a bear pattern, this strategy works most of the time.
What would you improve about FXCC?
I would like them to create their own platform or at least implement the TradingView’s user interface to make the trading process more efficient. Or if they can’t allow such investments, they should at least work on the education section, offering live webinars and VIP analytics and so forth.
Overall
So far I’m focused on trading memcoins because nobody is going to buy these trashcoins. They have zero fundamental activities and only gambling people are still believing in that. With high leverage here I’m multiplying my profits by 3x times.

Solid platform, especiallly now since a few weeks ago they launched MT5. Both platforms have identical trading conditions from what Ive seen, and spreads are from 0, and no commissions. This is the best thing here imo, spreads for majors are near 0 most of the time.

Not sure, I guess support could be better, I noticed they give me a bit 'did I solve your problem?' energy, instead of 'what else can I do for you'.

Its the best retail trade platform, pretty much perfect pricing near 0, and safety is there too. Each MONTH I trade, it became better and better. New features just keep rolling it, that is good.

The broker offers a range of attracive aspects that I am sure every trader appreciates here. It is high leverage, great custoemr support and broad market selection. Moreover, the spreads and swaps are in the optimal range, I would say that bother long term and short term traders will find the broker suitable for their trading methods.

I spent a good amount of time on a demo account here, and thinking to open a real one. I really like thow things work here. I use both mobile and desktop version of MT4. MT5 is still a beast to conquer to me....Once I master MT4 I will shift to the MT5 platform.
I see how spreads are thin, I try to optimize my strategy to take advtange of these conditions, yet can not say I have a solid and proven market methodology!!!! Ehh, Anyway, constant learnigj and exposure to the market bring its fruits, I check the broker's edu materials, and they are not just supplementary, they play a key role in my learning.

FXCC is a decent broker that always strives to become better as a broker and tries to add more services and new tools. Back when I first tested this broker, they couldn’t boast of something unique and everything was pretty standard. But I was surprised a few weeks ago when they announced that crypto trading is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week without any days off, if I’m not mistaken it seems this is the first broker that decided to allow customers to trade cryptocurrencies around the clock.
What would you improve about FXCC?
They still have a room for improvement, it’s never enough to be the best and even if they added the MT5 terminal, they should create their own proprietary trading platform with a modern interface.

My journey started on the ECN account, and those favourable conditions like almost zero spreads, zero commissions, hedge mode for trading, and 100% deposit bonus set the tone for everything else I experienced here.

Costs of trading, precisely almost lack of any costs. Funny spreads around 0.1-0.5 at most and even swap-free accounts available. On the top of this, the broker didn’t play with the leverage, keeping it reasonable at 500 max

Maybe, more educational resources and some sort of analytical center wouldn’t be odd. Sometimes my strategy sucks or in general might not have trading ideas.

Nice broker nice start. TBH, fully matched my expectations about solid brokerage. And they managed to make it even better by adding mt 5 platform. This one unlock much more trading possibilities. I didn’t miss any big news release now, thanks to integrated economic calendar. Fxcc didn’t stop on just current condition, trying to improve their service.

Well, the major reason I chose the broker is the attractive condiions they offer.
For trading there are tight tight spreads, an option of no swaps (think about that!), great platfrom with fast order execution, deposit bonus...
The bonus is relaly generous, can go up to 2000$, great start to trade. Newcomers wont have insufficient capital.
As fot range of markets, it is truly borad, acatullu all the majors ones are here, this is great for diversification as well as hedging. Pretty helpfuil learnign resourses as well.

Customer support,,,yes, people from CS I think should be more clear in their response, and sometime I had to write several times to explain my situation.

For the time I am here no hussles experienced, whether it is sending and topping my account or withdrawing or if it has to do with order completion - all is fine. I trade here on a weekly basis, as my approach dictates so. For example, last month I help positions on indices US500 and NAS100...now the positons are partially reduced, wwaitinf for confirmation and I dont wanna hold before the FED announcements.

A recent chat with their support agents made me feel like I owe it to write positive feedback about FXCC. except excellent customer support if you decide to trade here. As for the platform, you might already know… this is an ecn broker which means you should expect extremely low trading costs and fast execution of your trades… great for scalping strategies, or in general for daytraders

From every broker I had an acquaintance with(which, admittedly, isn't a lot), fxcc sure has the lowest trading costs. Can that be considred an edge? The more I trade the more I start to understand that no broker can give you an edge.

Mostly trading gols and silver, since I like to focus on commodities rather than forex. As I mention, the costs are probably the biggest advantage of the platform, the rest is pracially the same as everywhere else

I have been trading with the broker, hmmm,well, i think alerady more than 3,5 years or so. I mostly scalp here. Intraday patterns is smth I managed to understand better. So, for that leverage is important. WIth my chart analysis I am able to enter at points where risk-reward is quite skewed. SO with leverage I am sure that if the direction I anticipated is right, then good profits I can expect.
Spreads are narrow, so even better. But guys u gotta be careful in volatile market situations.

I like withdarwals here as well, those are quick and I don't really mind paying a slight commish because if it gets my money faster to my account then by all means. It's not easy to manage finances and this is my token of gratitude for them, this is my philosophy about payments. About trading, it has been the same since I signed up and I like it just like that, spreads are very low on some pairs, and leverage is high.

When I saw the spreads on forex majors, I automatically assumed that short-term trading would be forbidden on the platform since that would be way too OP... guess what? It's not. I opened a ECN xl account(which is the only one available, it seems) and was able to open and close a coupe dozen trades with no detectable issues

I like their trading conditions with their fxcc xl account. I think anybody who would just look at those numbers of spread, 0 commissions fees, leverage and etc would be surprised. But the problem with fxcc was always the platform, they only provided mt4 before. However, i feel like they listened to their traders who advised them to add the updated versions of mt4 to mt5, and they actually did. As soon as i heard the news i opened the live mt5 account, it’s way more comfortable to trade now.

I wanted to see new platform addition, and it’s done now. I don’t know what else they can improve.

Overall, my experience with broker has always been great. I feel like they did everything the needs of traders that trade here, because services work good and trading fees are as low as they can get. Plus, the requirements to get open account are minimal - i could start from whatever sum i want.
