Straight to the point, no water. Like they offer one account, but if you read what it has, you will find that it will satisfy your trading neeeds. They understand that making like many accounts with deposit amount rising is just another way to get the money, and this is most like greed. But FXCC is not like this, this is why I respect them,. Educaiton, at first place. It looks complex and comprehensive, but it's still shallow. It needs to be better organized and more deep. Now, too many sections with similar info. They need to make it like a separate hub where peopel can study startegies and else.

Positive, fully positive. Education is a good thing, but not the highest priortiy. Client support is number one, and FXCC has great support, so I am satisfied. Since I became client, I have done many withdrwaals, and all of them came in.

I guess, I won`t be the first, who claimed this, but the brokerage service is very affordable there. I don`t know how FXCC broker does this, but somehow they could cut the costs and provide predictable and tight spreads, so this affordability is admirable.

Despite the fact that customer support replies fast, I`d rather prefer direct access, without leaving personal details and waiting when they`re gonna contact me. Furthermore, FXCC definitely needs to provide more alternatives to the MT4 platform. I`m good and get used to it, but I think in the next few years, it will be outdated, to be honest.

I just trade here as a regular trader. I have a scalping strategy which I use whenever some crucial news is released, so volatility is crazy and lots of profits can be made on M5, M15 timeframes. Also I have a day trading strategy for major fx pairs and usually use it as well.

Broker knows how to deal with the business in this industry. They literally bribed me by offering a 100% deposit bonus. As soon as i signed up for the fxcc broker, i deposited 2000$ and after meeting all the requirements, i got an additional bonus of 2000$. In general, I was able to start trading with 4000$ and it allowed me to not worry about my mistakes. I did quite a few silly moves and lost about 1000$ but due to it being bonus money, I didn’t give up on emotions. After all, my deposit was increased up to 5000$.

Whenever I contact the client support, it takes some time to receive a response from them. In case something bad happens, i would like them to respond faster than usual.

Wasnt mistreated by broker so thats a plus. Almost three years, no signs of scam. But I mostly just swing-trade from time to time so I wouldnt have noticed a 1-5 pip slip, I don't care about small moves like that.
The fees can always be lower, but I get it that brokers need to earn too. We're both earning here so its fair.
