What do you like best about FXDD?

Nothing. They had a great fasade of a great broker, but it looks more like a big scam. They stopped all form of communication. Refuse to withdraw funds from account.

What would you improve about FXDD?

They have completely stopped all communication for years, and they continue to withhold the funds in my account. I maintained an account without any open positions, yet since July 2024 they have refused to release my money or provide any explanation.

I worked 2 years with them, and one day to a nother they stop withdrawalls, sold the brand and cut all the support. the regulation authority denied any effort for claim.

Over the past two months has been extremely frustrating and concerning. The company has withheld requested withdrawals from clients for over two months without providing any clear or concrete explanation for the delay.

Recently, they sent an unprofessional notice about the sale process to 888 Markets, but have not kept users informed about the progress or provided clear details. This lack of communication has generated fear, distrust, and a high level of stress among clients.

It seems as though Fxdd intends to take possession of the funds from users who have trusted them for years. The company, which once had an excellent reputation, is now damaging its legacy due to poor management and the compulsory withholding of people’s resources.

I urge other users to be cautious and reconsider their options before placing their trust in Fxdd.

Hope this is not their company principle, but I'll tell about my WITHDRAWAL PROBLEM. If they will solve, I'll ofcourse apologize and will write the solution here.
For now, they DID NOT SEND MY MONEY. Here is the details;

I'm an FXDD customer. My FXDD Account Number: 733...

I'm wrintg about about my wthdrawal requests that they did not send my money(Total $1007 and There is $821 remaining on my forex account).

I sent first request on 11 Dec 2015 ($482) They have started the operation by taking the money from my account on 14 Dec 2015. They still did not send the money to my bank account or credit card(Today 26 Dec 2015). I've called them 5-7 times, sent 8-10 mails. They always said "tomorrow you will see it on your account" But still they did not sent my money.

I sent second request on 22 Dec 2015 ($525) They have started the operation by taking the money from my account on 23 Dec 2015. I've called agin and they said "You will have the money tomorrow(24 Dec 2015). It is ok" But they also did not send this money.

My $1007 wtihdrawal request and $821 remaining balance will not be sent to me I think.

I have been with fxdd since 2005. Maybe it is time to move...
I am not impressed with the frequent requotes and increasing spread during market hours, even for micro lot size like 0.01 lot.
Deposit fund into FXDD via credit card is fast within 8 - 24 hours.
Iam looking for broker with better spread to do scalping trades.
Also, it takes one hour to update closed trades in the Account History report. Making me wonder where all these electrons have to travel before they come to their home !!! Scary because the order just disappeared from my account. I had to take screen shot just to keep the record which I should not have to do. I need to concentrate on trading & strategies !
I heard they have dealing desk ! Can someone confirm this fact ?
Mirror Trader (Tradency.com is same company) service that is promoted on FXDD is questionable. I deposited 3 times over 2 years, trying different approaches to make use of the 300+ EAs in their system. No good ! Demo account is good until you put your money in their account. Real trades donot follow the description of EA & I had problem accessing the account during market active period. I think someone controls the mouse over there not the EAs.

22 June, email reply,Then Tell me My Bank AC is Closed,
After My Check, they are type mistake my Bank AC no!
So them one Email need wait a week then reply!

May be as you will charge me $20..

When i closed my account and ask for a withdraw, 20$ have been lost in the nature.
It's not fxdd, and it's not my bank (the last one i'm sure)...

FXDD's servers are strong enough and their customer service is very good. But spread is not low enough, so FXDD is not suitable for scalping EAs.
If you trade on FXDD, I storongry recomend that you use a spread cashback service.
