THe trading platform, its much different from TV that has become the norm now for some raeson, but really MT is just much better. Better for doing algo, better for news consumption, for indicator buidling.Only thing its not better on is UI, but if you care about UI the most in trading, there's something off with you.
What would you improve about FXGiants UK?
The supplementary stuff, like analytics, news etc, they dont really give. Could be something to work on.

As a pure trading experience, this can't be beat. Nice tight spreads, almost no fees if setup didnt pan out and I have to wait couple days, or even a week. And ofc the trading platform is quite good, I wish TV waasnt so mainstream nowadays.

I use the Live floating spread account type and works well for my trading style. Trade mostly forex and commodities. Spreads are decent, no additional trading fees.

I’ve been trading here for more than a year, and that tells a lot for my overall experience. If you stick with a trading platform, it means it delivers. And fxgiants delivers for me. Never had any issue with withdrawals, and I appreciate that a lot. Makes me no worry about potential withdrawal problems and allow me to focus only on my trading

"Multi account managing through pmam"
What do you like best about FXGiants UK?
I like that they provide with pmam for mt4 platform. This means that i can manage several accounts at the same time, and for me, i trade using two correlative assets nasdaq and sp500. Sometimes it’s very annoying to switch between the assets every other minute, which is why pmam was a saviour. I opened two accounts and deposit money equally, and as soon as i see the right set up either in nq or es i take it there. Experience shows that i frequently take trades on nq.
What would you improve about FXGiants UK?
The customer service is nice, i can see that they are trying their best to explain me my questions. However, the problem is that it takes time, responses are not quick. So, improve the speed.

Since trading with pmam, experience has been much better. Plus, i think that nice trading conditions affected for my experience as well, because fees are small. For es it’s usually one point spread, whereas nq charges 2 points. And of course deposit bonuses were unexpected. I deposited for one acc, but spread across two without losing any penny.

Definitely the most obvious problem is no other platform. No mobile app, no another web or desktop platforms. At least, they could add newer metatrader5

I didn’t get much engaged in trading for now Still I have time to get to know the broker and its features. With some minor dislike, it’s the worst option for trading. At some points, they’re solid.

I love the stp account provided, as the trade execution is instantaneous. It matters for my trading style, as i scalp 5-10 trades a day and if the execution is delayed by even a second, then i could be late for my trade.

I don’t know what they can improve, but they can definitely lower commissions fees.
