Hey, what is your problem? That was a pretty personal assault you did to WhyLose. WhyLose/Lion Asset Management did not claim to be regulated by the FSA? Furthermore, two pages back he stated that "However, Lion Asset Management have not accepted new Managed Account clients since 2006 other than by an existing client introduction. And I can assure you that isn't about to change."
He is trying to help you guys to not lose your money to a dubious broker. I think you should show more appreciation towards someone spending their precious time doing that, instead of making personal attacks on the person.
WhyLose probably already has a good life; you should try to enjoy your life more as well. 😉

Who cares if its regulated or not. All i know is they are a group of people with integrity, know what they are doing, are competitive enough and overall are serious about the business and their clients. I would never leave such a broker and shift to any other company. I am extremely happy by being in business with them.

THANK YOU LION ASSET FOR SEEMINGLY TRYING TO LOOK AFTER THE INTERESTS OF US POOR PUNTERS - HOWEVER I DO SUSPECT YOUR MOTIVATION ABOUT YOUR FXSALT COMMENTS - I HAVE HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM AS WELL AS A RECENT REMITTANCE FROM PROFITS WITHDRAWN. BY MAKING YOUR COMMENTS IN THE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY THEN MAYBE (JUST MAYBE?) YOUR ARE TRYING TO GET SOME FREE ADVERTISING.

Make of it what you will but they are not listed with the UK FSA. Even if they are registered with the German FSA equivalent they would have a passport licensing them in the UK.

A search of Google maps in the leafy suburbs of Sunbury doesn't help either - https://bit.ly/cGfIWb. And as for Google Streetview, well, that backs up my impression that their UK address is a residential address. You can see their UK "Head Office" at https://bit.ly/cGfIWb.
So, would I do business with them? No. But if somebody who represents the company wants to comment further here it may help to enlighten others.
If no comment is made from the company then I'll draw the FSA's attention to this matter in due course. If I've made a mistake then I apologise unreservedly. I am only stating the facts based on my very limited quick reseach for the benefit of others.
