I have fund with this broker around 3000usd and i just open trade position gold 0.05 2positions, so i think it is too small trade position, but i jut got email from this broker's stupid management team and said my trade is wrong, i not follow broker's rule, so i am not understand how i have to trade because i think i trade very very save, i trade very small position, but this broker don t want trader who have profit, they want only trader who lose money with them, and one thing i notice staff of this broker and management team so stupid, so i ll not trade with this scammer broker

1.I think the customer service needs improvement now, because sometimes they don't quite understand what we want.
2. Please add credit card payment for deposits.

So far, my experience with HFM has been smooth and profitable; although there were a few issues, they were resolved immediately. It is the only broker in the world offering copy trading on MT5 and MT4 platforms directly through the app.

So far I still feel satisfied .So far, I'm still satisfied. I've never felt cheated. They're fair. I was just disappointed once because I couldn't enter more than 200 positions.

after some months of stoping using them, i decided to give them a chance because of their spread in gold!
i attached my ea and let it work! but after some hours i logged in into my vps to check what happened.... trading of my ea is disbaled by server!!!!!!! i have a tool that told me that i lost 10% profit!!!! and the tool is 100% accurate with cents even!!!!! so if they didn't scam me, i must win 10%!
i contacted support but do you know that i must send email and wait some days for it to be fixed???!!! yes it is what they say and do !!!!

I have been using their services for more than 3 years now and i have noted a lot of improvements since my stay with them. The trading platform and executions are good enough to enter and exit the trades or either stopping out at the stop levels. Spreads are average similar to other competitive brokers. My withdrawals are also processed within a day without much hassles. I usually find one good setup within a week which is enough for me. So i can safely recommend their services as good.

I have been using HFM for more than 5 years, and in my experience, the deposit and withdrawal process is not difficult. As long as you follow the rules correctly and do not cheat in the market, I think there is no doubt about international brokers.
