As for average trader, then I guess Raw account will be the best choice... In fact everything is because of floating spreads. However, I know some traders who go along with fixed spreads and choose fixed account. Of course, it doesn't imply real fixed spreads, as sometimes they might be widened by the broker because of high volatility.
Anyway, I believe all accounts provided by HYCM are valuable and might be considered as good choice.
