I am beyond furious with ICM.com’s appalling service! I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds for weeks, and they’ve completely stonewalled me. Based in Dubai, I trusted this so-called “regulated” broker, but their actions are nothing short of disgraceful. Every attempt to access my money has been met with excuses, delays, or outright silence. Their support team is useless—generic responses, no solutions,my withdrawal requests are still “pending” or rejected without explanation. This feels like a deliberate attempt to hold my funds hostage. I’ve had enough of their unprofessionalism and am escalating this to the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and other regulators. I’m also taking this to social media to warn others.
