What do you like best about INVESTIZO?
I am requesting complete transparency, including the exact trade IDs, timestamps, calculations and contractual basis for cancelling my trading results.
What would you improve about INVESTIZO?
I strongly recommend that traders perform their own due diligence before depositing funds with any broker. Do not send additional money simply because you are told that a fee, tax, security deposit or “unlock payment” is required to withdraw your funds.
Overall
I am sharing my personal experience with Investizo so other traders can be cautious before depositing money.
I started trading with Investizo and grew my account from approximately $650 to $1,171. After trading, I received an email from their Security Department accusing my account of “swap hunting” and stating that my trading results could be cancelled.
What concerns me most is that they did not provide specific evidence showing which trades violated their rules. They also stated that their decision was “final and not subject to appeal” and referred to another profile allegedly connected to me.
They subsequently requested an identity photograph with an ID document, a handwritten “Investizo” note and the current date in order to unlock the account.
⚠️ My concerns:
• Trading profits being cancelled based on an allegation without detailed trade-level evidence
• Account restrictions and withdrawal concerns
• Another profile being associated with my account
• A demand for additional identity verification before unlocking the account
• No clear explanation of the exact trades allegedly constituting “swap hunting”
• The statement that the decision is final and cannot be appealed

I’ve been trading with this broker for over a year. My overall impression is pretty good. Sure, the broker isn't perfect, but I haven't come across a perfect one yet.

Investizo stopped all communication and ignore my withdrawal request for 6 weeks.
After several communication attempts via the official email, they completely ignore me and my withdrawal request.
I recomment everyone to pay attention with this broker, they are not regulated and they can decide not to pay clients anytime, just like in my case.

Low spreads on major currency pairs, competitive commission, quality execution and stable terminal operation. Too bad this company does not have MT5 platform. I hope it will appear in the future.
