"Reasonable broker"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari ITB?
What I like most about ITBFX is that the trading environment feels stable. Whether I'm placing small or larger trades, I don't run into unexpected issues. It’s consistent, and I know that when I log in to make a trade, the platform works as expected. There haven’t been any major disruptions or surprises, which for me, is key when looking for a reliable broker.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari ITB?
One thing I’d suggest improving is the transparency around some processes. While everything works fine on the surface, there are a few areas where clearer communication would help. For example, having more detailed explanations on how certain fees are calculated or how execution is handled during volatile market conditions would be a step in the right direction. It’s not a deal-breaker, but more transparency could definitely build more trust with users like myself.
Keseluruhan
Overall, my experience with ITBFX has been reasonable. It’s not the most exciting or innovative broker out there, but it’s certainly reliable. I haven’t encountered any major problems, and the trades I make go through smoothly. There’s a level of comfort knowing that things are running as they should, and I feel confident enough to keep trading here. It’s not outstanding, but it’s good enough for someone looking for a solid, no-drama broker.
