They are doing great in every single way compared to all the so called "top tier" pocket brokers! Surprisingly nothing to improve when you ae scoring 99.99%

Mex Atlantic provides the best environment for Gold with their 2 cents spread on gold for ECN. I have use over 50 so called "Top tier" brokers in my last 10 years. They are ONLY top tier to their OWN pockets!! Not to traders! The slippages with Mex are much much lower compared to all other brokers, including the top tier. Most brokers bait us with cheap commission, rebate, "free" bonus, free VPS etc. These are all classic BAITS from them. They hide massive hidden costs in slippages and spread widening. Actual trading costs of all other brokers ranges from $80-120 per lot of trading Gold. But with Mex, it's quarter of that costs as the spreads are super low on ECN accounts and the slippages are ultra low too. So this saves huge money everyday on actual total trading costs. Guess who is paying for all the free stuff they claim? It's your own money that they steal from you in a big way in these hidden costs. The other brokers earn so big and give peanuts in the form of frre bonus, free VPS, rebates and all the nonsense. Pls wake up guys and save huge on your daily trading costs by moving to Mex Atlantic / Multibank. I will never change my broker ever. Set for life with an ethical broker! There is nothing to change with this broker cuz its all I wanted from a broker. For those who search on YT for more info, don't search for Mex Atlantic but for MultiBank Group instead (MexAtlantic is a leg of MultiBank group).

Can't think of anything to improve with MEX Atlantic. If I absolutely have to pick something, it would probably be their marketing of the product. I feel that they have a fantastic offering that they don't market enough. More people should benefit from it.

I opened a trading account with Mex Atlantic, part of Multibank Group, in June 2023, with a 5K EUR deposit. I started making good profits, more than 5K, with a scalping strategy. Nobody complained about it and I withdrew my initial 5K. On October 3rd I took advantage of a large market volatility and made other 10K profits. Again no compliant on their side. After some days I tried to withdraw part of my profits, but the withdrawal was blocked. I wrote to my account manager Mr. Antonio Ferreira. The reply was that scalping is not tolerated by Multibank and thus my funds were frozen. To have my profits back I should reduce scalping below 20%. I asked where in the client agreement there was such a clause and what they define as scalping, and the only thing they were able to show me was a link to a page on Multibank Iraq (!), which BTW at the moment is not even existing. The truth is that NOWERE in their trading conditions nor in the client agreement, which are easy to find on their web site, it is mentioned that scalping is forbidden. Solely on these terms I carried on my trades. After several email exchanges, they told me I should decrease my scalping trades below 25% (not 20% as they mentioned initially). I accepted to do this and placed a consistent number of trades longer then what they mention as scalping to reduce the scalping volume below 25%, which reduced more than 1/3 of my profits. When I again wrote them to release my funds, the only reply I got was "I’m not sure what’s the request here, but the scalping ratio is still 100%". No attempt at all to settle the question or to analyze the trades. They simply found an excuse not to pay back my profits.
Furthermore, they do not authorize me to copy any part of our email exchanges (which however I keep on any public forum. Apparently they perfectly do they are on the wrong side and they want to hide evidence for this.
UPDATE. They closed my account, but they returned back to me the residual balance. I am still not totally satisfied, since I believe I did not break any rule of their client agreement, and it costed to me one third of my profits to place the long trades they requested me to do. Anyway I managed to recover at least part of my profits.

Hi all, in September 2023, I opened a trading account with Mex Atlantic, a part of the Multibank Group. My initial deposit was $8670 and I began trading, generating profits on the account. I consistently received daily confirmations, and no queries were raised concerning my trading activities or profits.

After several months, I started to initiate withdrawals. The first three withdrawals processed smoothly, but the fourth was not. A week later, when I attempted the withdrawal again, my account was locked. I reached out through the online chat seeking clarification, and I was informed that someone would look into my query. Unfortunately, no one did, so I followed up again via online chat.

Subsequently, I received an email asking me to call Mex. However, this wasn't convenient as I was on holiday abroad with my family. I requested to handle the matter via email but have not received any response for over two weeks now.

Currently, I haven't withdrawn even my initial deposit, and Mex is withholding my funds, which is unacceptable. They haven't provided any reasons for locking my account or failing to contact me. Furthermore, my account status has been changed to read-only, and I am unsure of its meaning. Again, there has been no communication explaining this change.

I am posting this to make other traders aware of the service I have received thus far.

Very good and reliable broker. Amazing trading conditions. They offer three types of accounts, Standard, Pro, and ECN. The Pro is excellent but the ECN has almost 0 spreads. They also have a very good social trading platform for copy trading.
