Very pleasant, having a personal account manager is a great help and makes the whole process seemless. Their website is great, great spreads, great security for funds, I have had zero issues in over 3 years.
"Avraam assistance"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari MultiBank Group?
I would like to commend Avraam from MultiBank FX who assisted me when I first created my account.
From the very beginning, Avraam reached out and guided me through the entire process, making sure everything was set up properly. What really stood out was how welcoming and supportive he was — he made me feel like I was speaking with an old friend rather than just a broker.
He went above and beyond by patiently answering my questions and offering help whenever I needed it. Even after my account was transferred, he still took the time to respond to my queries and made sure I was comfortable navigating the platform.

As I'm still new to this company, I don't have any recommendations yet. I would say maybe address everyone who made any negative reviews about you and make sure they understand what they are getting into with offers of assistance.

"⚠️ SCAM ALERT!"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari MultiBank Group?
I had a disappointing experience with Mex Atlantic. After opening an account and depositing funds, the broker canceled my trading bonus without warning, claiming “bonus abuse.” I carefully followed all their terms and conditions, yet they refused to provide any proof of wrongdoing.
Customer support was unhelpful. When I asked for clarification, I only received vague, scripted responses. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about how the broker treats its clients.
The trading platform itself worked fine, but that doesn’t matter if the broker operates unfairly. If they can cancel a bonus today without reason, what stops them from canceling profits tomorrow under another excuse?
Trust and fairness are the foundation of a reliable broker. Unfortunately, Mex Atlantic failed in both. I would caution traders to think carefully before investing here. A broker should respect clients and operate with integrity — qualities that Mex Atlantic clearly lacks.

This is my honest Mex Atlantic review after a very disappointing experience. The broker suddenly canceled my trading bonus, claiming “bonus abuse,” even though I strictly followed all their terms and conditions.
Account Setup & Deposits: Opening an account was relatively straightforward, and deposits were processed quickly. At first, this gave me confidence that the broker was reliable. However, the problems started once I began trading with the bonus they provided.
Bonus Cancellation: Without any prior warning, Mex Atlantic canceled my trading bonus. Their explanation was simply “bonus abuse,” but they failed to provide any evidence or specific examples of how I supposedly violated their rules. I carefully reviewed their terms and conditions before trading, and I am confident I did not break any of them.
Customer Support Experience: When I contacted support for clarification, I received vague and generic answers. Instead of addressing my questions directly, they repeated scripted responses and refused to provide proof of wrongdoing. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to engage with clients in good faith is extremely concerning.
Trust & Reliability Issues: If Mex Atlantic can cancel a bonus without reason, what stops them from canceling profits in the future under another vague excuse like “trade abuse”? This creates serious doubts about whether Mex Atlantic is a trustworthy broker or just another platform with hidden policies designed to disadvantage clients.
Platform & Trading Conditions: While the trading platform itself was functional and offered the usual tools, the overall experience was overshadowed by the unfair practices. A good platform means nothing if the broker does not operate with integrity.
Final Verdict: Transparency, fairness, and respect for clients should come first — unfortunately, Mex Atlantic fails in all three areas. I strongly recommend that traders think twice before investing with this broker. A reliable broker should not only provide good trading conditions but also treat clients with honesty and professionalism, which Mex Atlantic clearly lacks.

I've been trading with MEX for over a year now. Used to trade with several brokers but ultimately switched because of the low spreads on the ECN platform, plus they had some good bonus schemes. The execution's been decent too, haven't had any problems with trading news.
