Venho deixar minha total insatisfação com a corretora Oqtima. Estou com um valor preso na plataforma e simplesmente não consigo realizar o saque.
Já tentei solicitar a retirada diversas vezes e, a cada tentativa, recebo uma justificativa diferente para a recusa. Primeiro informaram que meu saque via Pix havia sido bloqueado e que eu só poderia sacar por transferência bancária. Fiz exatamente como orientado, porém os pedidos de saque por transferência também continuam sendo recusados, sempre com uma desculpa diferente.
É extremamente frustrante lidar com uma empresa que não apresenta uma solução definitiva e apenas cria novos obstáculos para que o cliente tenha acesso ao próprio dinheiro.
Minha experiência com a Oqtima foi muito negativa. Não recomendo essa corretora a ninguém enquanto esse problema não for resolvido. Espero que a empresa tome uma providência e libere o meu saque o quanto antes.
