I submitted a withdrawal request to Otet Markets on [28 july] for [750usdt ]. Despite the broker’s stated processing timeframe, my withdrawal has remained pending for more than [NUMBER] days.

I have contacted customer support several times, but I have not received a clear explanation, a definite payment date, or a valid transaction hash (TXID). My account is fully verified, and I have provided all requested information.

I am sharing my experience so that other traders are aware of the withdrawal delay. I will update this review if Otet Markets completes the payment and resolves the matter.

I would improve the withdrawal process, transparency, and customer support. Withdrawal requests should be processed within the stated timeframe, and clients should receive a clear explanation if there is any delay. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, Otet Markets should provide a valid TXID immediately after processing. Support should also give specific answers and a realistic payment date instead of generic responses.

i had a withdrawal few weeks ago and i didnt receive anything and then i was told to open a ticket which i did and i was told to wait 72 hours and i did again but i still got nothing and when i spoke to the live chat they said go to the whatsapp or open a ticket again and again and i did everything they told me and yet i still got no valid response.
