Great customer service but their interface has too much security if that’s possible. Just takes a long time to access an account, and if you have more than one account(I do) then I have to look at 4 accounts which takes way too much time. And there’s no good way to see how the account is doing in real time. And their APP is terrible. It doesn’t show the overall picture of how the account is doing

The Ox sorry team is phenomenal. They are very proactive, and airways ready to help.

Crypto crossfire are pretty instant. Write transfers take a bit longer, but that is typical with international wire transfer reconciliation.

10/10, their support agents are super proactive. I even receive calls from support to followup on my case.

They are very reliable and have excellent customer service. Every time I have had an issue they have been responsive, usually fixing the issue within less than 24 hrs.

I dont really have any suggestions for improvement. I hope to continue doing business with them for many years to come.

I have been trading with Ox Securities since 2023 and have found their service to be dependable and honest with no-hassle withdrawals and excellent customer service. I have used other brokers and have found Ox to have earned the highest level of trust.

trade executions are decently fast. Spreads can prevent closing trades, which is annoying, and their spreads can be huge

the app has some basic flaws that make it mildly annoying to use. things that are glaringly obvious to anyone using it, but which they've failed to fix. not a good look. doesn't give me a lot of faith in the rest of the organization. little things matter. Withdrawals are usually pretty quick though sometimes it can take a week to get your money. Thye probably blame someone else about it.

I've been looking for a US friendly broker where I can take advantages of all foreign benefits of trading forex , and I believe I found it. Ox Securities has been a real alternative to trading forex. Transferring of funds has been somewhat laborous and I haven't tried a withdrawal yet.

I've had a great experience so far with OX, they are helpful and always easy to get ahold of. I haven't had any issues other than when making a local bank transfer deposit it took about a week but that got fixed and things have been smooth since I've been with them for 3 months.

Not much. It has been frustrating, they overpromise and underperform the success of their automated bot.

They advertise that they average 4+% monthly with their bot. I have been in since January this year so 8 months and I have a total return of 9.85%

The disconnect. My algorithm sends orders to OX and they don’t close out. It’s cost me almost $10,000 usd in losses. That a LOT on my small account. And they reviewed it. It wouldn’t refund or make good on the mistake.

Good except for the detrimental disconnect and not executing trades which cost me so much. So, that’s kinda one of the most important things.
