Keseluruhan

I’ve been using Preferred Capital for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s been a smooth and reliable trading experience. The platform offers competitive spreads on major pairs, fast order execution, and a clean user interface that’s beginner-friendly yet powerful enough for experienced traders.

The account setup process was quick, and customer support has been responsive whenever I had queries. They also offer a decent range of trading instruments including forex, gold, and crypto CFDs.

That said, there are a few small areas that could be improved:

The mobile app occasionally lags during high-volatility hours. Nothing major, but a smoother experience would be appreciated.

Withdrawal processing takes 24–48 hours, which is standard but could be faster for traders who move funds often.

Some sections of the dashboard could be better organized for easier navigation, especially when managing multiple positions.
