At the beginning, the platform execution seemed fast and smooth, which gave a good first impression.
What would you improve about Prime OTP?
The most critical issue is withdrawal processing and customer support.
My $1300 withdrawal was already approved on March 6, 2026, but the funds have still not been received, even though the stated processing time is 24–72 hours.
In addition:
- No response from the compliance team
- No clear explanation
- Lack of transparency in handling client issues
This is a serious problem that must be improved.

My overall experience has been very disappointing.
An approved withdrawal that is not paid is a major concern. I have sent multiple follow-ups, but there has been no response or resolution.
In my years of trading, I have never experienced a situation where a withdrawal is already approved but not paid, unless it is clearly rejected or put on hold.
This raises serious concerns about the broker’s reliability and how they handle client funds.
I have documented all evidence, including approval confirmation, transaction history, and communication records.
Be very careful with this broker. I strongly recommend staying away.
