I'm on a 500:1 ECN account. Spreads are incredibly tight and commissions are balanced. Overall, best trading conditions i have ever experienced on an ECN account. Trading is fast, their infastructure is solid. In three years, i've seen the feed lag/stop just on one single occasion. Deposits and withdrawals are fast! When i lost access to my account, i had to deal with their customer service and it was very good. They even called me to ensure i was the owner of the account. Salute to my personal manager Elena L.

- I understand the spread is unmatched (literally zero) but commissions on BTCUSD are too high
- I do write semi automated strategies and having API (not on RstocksTrader) to trade my accounts would be great.

Leverage is the best thing about this broker. It's leverage and the maximum lot size is high which is what intrigued me to trade this broker.

Customer service and transparency is what the are weak at, I made a deposit that was instantly debited from my bank account but it was not credited in my forex account

Negative, I made a deposit but the money wasn't credited to my account and as whenever I report my concern all they do is to tell me about endless unnecessary procedures such as my deposit is being review. So one thing for sure is that they have low standards of transparency and customer service.
