"Amazing plataform"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari RoboForex?
Easy to follow, nice graphs and statistic, very useful information (e.g. Prop info). Easy to add or delete accounts.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari RoboForex?
Maybe I do not use in full but I like the monthly review and the associated graphs. I also make use of the reviews to find the pest Prop Firms, therefore at that moment I have nothing to be changed.
Keseluruhan
Excellent experience, and I do not need the total synchronization so it is free.
I never have the necessity of using the Customer service, everything is very intuitive ...

"Reliable broker with good trading conditions"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari RoboForex?
I like the trading conditions, fast execution and the variety of account options. The platform is easy to use and works well with MT4 and MT5. So far, my overall trading experience has been quite smooth.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari RoboForex?
I think customer support could be a little faster and more responsive, especially when dealing with account or technical issues. It would also be nice to have more competitive pricing and promotions for long-term users.
Keseluruhan
I have been using RoboForex for several years and overall I have had a good experience. Execution has been reliable for my trading style, and I especially like the availability of MT5 and the flexibility of the trading conditions. There have been some minor issues from time to time, but nothing that significantly affected my overall experience. So far, RoboForex remains one of the brokers I am comfortable using for my trading.
We’re glad to know that you have chosen us as your trading partner and have been trading with us for several years. It’s great to hear that your experience has remained positive, and we truly appreciate your continued trust and feedback.
Wishing you steady results in your trading activity.

"I have possitive experience with Roboforex"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari RoboForex?
Low minimum deposit, consistent execution, user-friendly interface
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari RoboForex?
Fewer advanced research tools compared to some larger brokers
Keseluruhan
Deposits and withdrawals via several methods work without delays. The platform variety (MT4, MT5, R StocksTrader) lets me trade whatever I want. RoboForex has been a reliable partner for more than 18 months.
"Quite transparent experience"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari RoboForex?
fast withdrawals, solid execution, decent instrument range, platform doesnt lag much.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari RoboForex?
spreads on some minors can be a bit wider, risk tools are basic, app notifications sometimes delayed.
Keseluruhan
Been using Roboforex for a few months now mainly for forex and some gold. Deposits went through fine and withdrawals usually land same day or next morning which is nice. Platform feels stable most of the time and execution on majors is pretty clean, not much slippage. Instruments cover the pairs I need plus indices. Support answered a couple questions about leverage without big delays.
We’re pleased to know that you’ve chosen us as your trading partner and that you’ve had a positive experience. We greatly appreciate you sharing your feedback, and we’ll continue working to maintain a consistently high standard of service. Wishing you continued success in your trading.

"I have no major complaints."
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari RoboForex?
good execution quality, wide enough instruments, quick deposits and withdrawals, platform stable after the last update.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari RoboForex?
some advanced order types missing, swaps on certain pairs not the lowest, statements take a second to load sometimes.
Keseluruhan
The combination of competitive trading conditions and a functional mobile platform makes daily activity comfortable. Spreads on majors are usually tight and order fills arrive quickly. I appreciate the broad selection of currency pairs and additional instruments. Copy trading options are accessible and the interface for managing copied accounts is clear. Withdrawals process fast once the request is approved, often the same day. Platform stability during higher volatility periods has been acceptable. The app rarely disconnects and order placement is simple. One minor limitation is the relatively basic set of built-in technical indicators compared with some specialized software. Account management tools are transparent. Overall the experience has been positive-neutral to positive and I have no major complaints.
We are pleased to hear that you have chosen us as your trusted trading partner and that you have had a positive experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and remain focused on providing reliable service and maintaining the high standards our clients value.

"I love these guys"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari RoboForex?
I'm on a 500:1 ECN account. Spreads are incredibly tight and commissions are balanced. Overall, best trading conditions i have ever experienced on an ECN account. Trading is fast, their infastructure is solid. In three years, i've seen the feed lag/stop just on one single occasion. Deposits and withdrawals are fast! When i lost access to my account, i had to deal with their customer service and it was very good. They even called me to ensure i was the owner of the account. Salute to my personal manager Elena L.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari RoboForex?
- I understand the spread is unmatched (literally zero) but commissions on BTCUSD are too high
- I do write semi automated strategies and having API (not on RstocksTrader) to trade my accounts would be great.
Keseluruhan
I have been with them for almost three years now and i don't feel the need to look for a better broker.
