Good afternoon. My name is Andrei, trading account 102350. To be honest, after the Thaurus and WiKiFX scandal, in which they accused each other of various sins and prejudices, I thought: well, this is the very company that values its reputation, you can deal with it. But how wrong I was...
1) I registered in 2024, passed full verification, replenished and withdrew funds. This happened against the background of my small losses of 20-30 dollars.
2) now I made a profit, about 1000 US dollars, I wanted to withdraw ONLY the deposit. I was refused due to the lack of verification of the trading account! But let me, in 2024-2025, when I had a loss, deposits and withdrawals took place regularly, and now they require me to verify my account! Verification takes place with the help of SumSub, with which I have a problem with absolutely all brokers. SumSub refused to verify, recommended contacting the broker for manual identity confirmation. I wrote several appeals to support, got no answers. Accordingly, the deposit withdrawal was cancelled.
3) online support does not work, all departments are ALWAYS offline, sent several requests to support - all requests are left unanswered for the second day!
4) Trading has been disabled on trading account 102519 since yesterday (04.06.2026). This suggests that they do not need profitable customers, that is, THAURUS is an ordinary kitchen broker, of which there are 99.9% in the world.
5) I continue to hope that the broker will still withdraw the deposit and profit, I would not like to contact the regulator.
I repeat, I was intrigued by their fight with WiKiFX and hoped for the decency of the broker, but I was cruelly wrong. WiKiFX WAS RIGHT! Please think carefully before dealing with this broker.

MT5, good customer service, market news, and whenever I have questions, someone from their team calls me back or replies to my email as quickly as possible.
Fast withdrawals — 3 times it was under 1h, and 2 times around 4 hours.
What would you improve about Thaurus?
Add additional trading platforms in the future, and maybe slightly reduce commissions, even though the current level is acceptable considering the quality of the service.
