The seamless integration between the industry-standard MetaTrader 4/5 and their own, more modern platform is excellent. The mobile app is also one of the best I've used—smooth and fully-featured.
What would you improve about ThinkMarkets?
Create a dedicated "Education Hub" with structured learning paths for different skill levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). For analysis, I'd love to see more in-depth videos from in-house analysts, detailed trade idea breakdowns, and regular webinars that go beyond basic platform tutorials.
Overall
While powerful, ThinkTrader has its own layout and workflow. Traders who have spent years with MetaTrader may need a short adjustment period, though the switch is generally worthwhile.

Their client support team is polite and responsive. They acknowledge issues promptly, provide follow-up updates, and remain available 24/7 via multiple contact channels. Communication feels courteous and professional.
What would you improve about ThinkMarkets?
ThinkMarkets should improve the technical reliability of their MT5 platform, particularly regarding how SB FX symbols are quoted and scaled. Incorrect Bid/Ask values appear to cause incompatibility with standard Expert Advisors (EAs) that work perfectly fine on other brokers.

My experience with ThinkMarkets has been mixed. While support is attentive and quick to respond, the core technical issues on the trading side remain unresolved. Incorrect price scaling on SB symbols (SpreadBetting account) caused EA malfunctions. Had to stop using ThinkMarkets for that reason.

There is something SO IMPORTANT this Broker has above the others: Authorization for FCA England.
You must to look for any broker who has Authorization in US or England. this means your money will be well stored.
