"3rd withdraw = keep my money 3 weeks"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari TMGM?
nothing special, but ok about software etc.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari TMGM?
support and withdraw - waiting 3 weeks and still don't have my money
Keseluruhan
Everything was fine, trading was going well. I requested withdrawals to the specified bank account twice, the transfer arrived without a problem, and I saved the account as my permanent withdrawal account until I requested a third withdrawal. Today marks three weeks since I requested the withdrawal, and I still don't have it in my account. The broker explained that it was my bank's fault. I checked, and it turned out my bank didn't have the funds at all. Each time, support responded the same way, saying I had to wait patiently for the money to be returned, and then stopped responding to my emails. Now they've decided to embarrass themselves once again by citing an incorrect account number as the reason. It's just a shame they didn't check that I'd already withdrawn to the same account number twice. I still haven't received a response. They're explaining that they'll refund my money, but only after they receive it from the bank. They're holding my money, even though it's not my fault. It's a disaster.
"TMGM review"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari TMGM?
Copytrade system and profit sharing features are handy.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari TMGM?
Copytrade listing is not working, client copytrade usc and usd are mixed up.
Keseluruhan
At least TMGM is a very conservative broker that IB cannot simply mark up spread for more income. Some brokers allowed nonsense mark-up up to 50-60 points (5-6pips) and that would be a sort of cheating or scam, at the expense of the newbie clients.
"Swap rate charge"

Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari TMGM?

"A Smooth and Reliable Trading Experience"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari TMGM?
TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets) is a globally recognized forex and CFD broker, regulated by ASIC and other authorities. With a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, TMGM offers a user-friendly platform, competitive spreads, and a wide range of trading instruments including forex, indices, commodities, and shares. The broker’s emphasis on fast execution, secure trading, and professional support has made it a popular choice among both beginners and experienced traders.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari TMGM?
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be expanding their educational content and market analysis. While the current tools are useful, more frequent video tutorials, webinars, and localized content for different regions would really add value, especially for newer traders.

1. Seamless Account Setup & Verification:
Opening an account with TMGM was very straightforward. The registration and KYC process were quick, and I received account approval within a day. The client portal is clean and easy to navigate.
2. Excellent Trading Conditions:
I’ve traded mainly forex pairs and a few indices. Spreads have been tight, execution is smooth, and I haven’t experienced any significant slippage during volatile periods. The platform (MT4 and MT5) is stable and responsive.
3. Reliable Customer Support:
TMGM’s support team has been helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Whether through live chat or email, they’ve always resolved my questions promptly. I also like that they offer Persian-speaking support in some cases, which is a plus for Iranian clients.
