TRADEVIEW MARKETS UNLAWFULLY TOOK $8,635.95 FROM MY ACCOUNT
I have a single personal trading account with Tradeview (Account #521904). This account was funded with $8,635.95, yet it was wiped down to a negative balance of -$19.78.
The total amount taken from my account is $8,635.95.
To even recover a portion of the funds from Account #521904, Tradeview forced me to sign an agreement that worked against my own interest. This is highly dubious and unacceptable.
Tradeview has taken away all my savings through unfair practices. I am sharing this to warn everyone that Tradeview’s actions show signs of being deceptive and dangerous.

The Tradeview Customer Agreement clearly states that clients must maintain adequate margin and are liable for any debit balance. Tradeview did not take any client funds from this group—not a single cent. In fact, we returned money to many of these clients and entered into settlement and release agreements with many of them. What was recovered was only a portion of Tradeview's own capital tied to their negative balances.
These traders are not victims—they are unhappy because their contractual obligations were enforced.

My name is Anthony Ikogho. I trade forex using Trade view as my Brooker with my account number :5327446. Trade view invaded my account and removed 9109 dollars without my consent. In order for me to collect the remaining funds after deduction they forced me under duress to sign an illegal form agreement. That for them to process my withdrawal of the remaining funds, I must sign the illegal agreement which states that, I will never tell anyone what they did to me and that I will never sue them . After signing the illegal form, 3188dollars was refunded to me. Trade view is still with 5921dollars. This action has really caused a lot of health issues to me such as the rise of my blood pressure.

I had a balance of $3,123.47 in my Tradeview account on the 29th of July and didn’t place any trades.
Before I knew it, deductions began from my balance, eventually leaving me with a negative balance of -$30.39.

They took over 43000 dollars from me, in the name of clearing negative balances, which they have been doing with my IB for over 9 to 10 years now, as part of the deal they have with him before we started trading with them. They took from me total profit and part of my Capital without letting me know about it, and part of my Capital is a loan from bank which my wife took from bank, i keep having a sleepless night this days, because i haven't tell my wife about this issue , she is already going through a lot with her health. And in order for me to collect the remaining balance after deduction of 43000 dollars from my account without letting me they forced me under pressure to sign an illegal contract that for them to process of my remaining balance, that i must sign the illegal contract ,and i will never disclose it to anyone what they did and that i will never sue them or give a bad review otherwise i cannot get out my remaining money, Well the next line of action will be soon if they don't pay me part of my money, and that forcedly agreement will be upload here.

I've been trading for 11 years and been with 15+ brokers. Tradeview is hands down the best broker I've been with. I'm surprised people aren't talking about them.
Here are my list of reasons:
1-they are a true ECN broker (no A&B book)
2-low commissions ($2.5 per round turn)
3-institutional spreads available for $25K accounts (lowest in the industry) [i.e. 0.2-0.4 eurusd spreads are normal!]
4-MAM available (manage client money)
5-The best customer support I've seen (actually professional and knowledgeable)t
6-No deposit/withdrawal fees! (they don't even have an extra fee for currency conversion)
7-Lowest spreads on certain pairs than any broker I've seen (i.e. 10 on gold! and on many pairs it's 1/2 or 1/3 of other top brokers)
There are many more reasons but this is a top shelf broker!
