VantageFX has a really good commisson fee compared to other brokers. I use STP and ECN account. ECN account has low spread as advertised. Customer support is a bit slow and not always accurate but does the job.

VantageFX offers the usual MT5 platform, with plenty of CFD and stocks to trade, too.
+ Website is easy
+ Signup process and KYC process is standard
+ Customer support replies fast
+ High leverage for CFD Indices (500-333 depending on equity)
- Payment process is sometimes delayed due to checks and you need to contact customer support to get a new credit card accepted
- No support for PayBackFX using MT5, they actively refuse to participate
- No MT5 servers in Europe, just US and Aussie
- No help with VPS packet loss to their servers. Using two 2 different VPS providers I had packet loss issues to VantageFX servers, and received no support at all to solve the issue.
- Like most FX brokers, their customer support focusses to solve tickets - not solve problems
After the recent attack from the AU gov to reduce leverage to 30, VantageFX remains one of the few fairly ok brokers left to trade with high margin.

Claim to be the "lowest ECN based account commissions" but what you are not told about is their spreads are not competitive and interest/swap rates are one of the worst 😄😄😄. Will be closing my account soon

Withdrawal is very time consuming

Been with Vantage nearly 2 years now, as a consistently proftiable trader withdrawals have been easy. Customer support is amongst the best, live chat have always sorted my issues there and then within an hour. Not like another popular broker who takes 3 days to reply to emails, thank god for Vantage and the live chat system, not only that, live chat actually know what they are talking about and have the power to amend etc on my account when I need it. Execution of trades have been the best I have encountered, I have accounts at Pepperstone, FXCM, Alpari and a few others, and Vantage absolutely kicks ass when it comes to execution and negative or positive slippage. Long may Vantages service continue and I hope they don't change things to make it worse, thank you Vantage.
