فتحت معهم حساب اسلامي بدون رسوم تبيت و اكتشفت بعد عملي علي صفقات بيتكوين في أيام الإجازة أن الشركة قد خصمت من الحساب تلقائي 217 دولار و كان المبلغ في خانت السحب و أما لم اقم بأي سحب و عندما تحدث مع خدمة العملاء قالو لي انها رسوم تبيت مع أن حسابي اسلامي بدون رسوم و منتهي العبث أنهم سحبو المبلغ أثناء وجود صفقات مفتوحة و لم يراعون الهامش الخاص بي منتهي العبث و التلاعب شركة نصابة

Nothing. I traded using the conditions and features offered by the broker, including leverage of up to 1:500 and the ability to hold positions over weekends. When those trades became profitable, the broker later used those same trading activities as justification for withholding approximately $14,000 from my account. Based on my experience, I have no positive aspects to highlight.
What would you improve about VT Markets?
VT Markets should improve transparency and consistency in how it applies its trading rules. In my experience, the broker offers clients leverage of up to 1:500 and allows positions to be held over weekends and through market closures. If the broker considers the use of these features to be problematic under certain circumstances, that should be clearly defined and communicated in advance.
A broker should not encourage clients to trade using the conditions it provides and then, after profitable trades occur, rely on broad interpretations of its terms to deduct profits without clear warning, objective criteria, or a transparent explanation.
The dispute process also requires significant improvement. Important questions went unanswered, responses were often generic, and obtaining clear information about the agreement governing my account proved unnecessarily difficult. Clients deserve straightforward answers, transparency, and a fair review process when substantial sums of money are involved.

My overall experience with VT Markets has been extremely negative. After generating profits on my account, approximately $14,000 was deducted based on allegations that I strongly dispute. Since then, the dispute process has been frustrating, slow, and lacking in transparency.
I repeatedly requested clear explanations, supporting evidence, and even basic information regarding the agreement governing my account. Many of these requests were either ignored, delayed, or met with generic responses that failed to address the questions being asked.
The entire experience has significantly damaged my trust in the broker. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend VT Markets to other traders. There are many alternative brokers available, and I would encourage traders to carefully consider their options before depositing funds.
I would also exercise caution when considering other brands associated with the same group. My experience has left me with serious concerns regarding transparency, dispute handling, and the security of client profits.

I joined as an IB last year, but due to some issues, I was unable to start referring clients at that time.
Today, when I contacted the IB Manager, Jaslyn, regarding referring two clients, her behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Her first response was: “If you do not have clients, don’t waste my time. I do not have time to chat with you, and you can go with another broker.”
I have chat proof of the conversation. I have never bothered her before — we only had one previous conversation, and this time her attitude was completely unacceptable.
As a client and IB partner, I expected professional communication. If this is how they treat partners, I wonder how they treat clients with smaller accounts.
I am working with several brokers, but this is the first time I have experienced such poor behavior from a team.

No recomiendo utilizar a modo profesional, ya No he visto broker que tenga deslizamientos tan grandes, es lo peor, abres una operacion de venta de un lote al mercado y se te abre 200 puntos por debajo y abres una operacion de 0.05 lotes y se te abre correctamente, en otros broker eso no pasa, me refiro a broker mas profesianles, asiq eu experiencia penosa.

Abri minha conta na VT-Markets no dia 09/03/2026, realizando um depósito inicial de $1.000 (acompanhado de um bônus de $1.000). Operei normalmente no dia 10/03/2026, gerando um lucro de $1.650. Na mesma data, solicitei um primeiro saque no valor de $950, que foi processado sem problemas.
Entretanto, hoje, dia 13/04/2026, solicitei um novo saque no valor de $500. O pedido foi sumariamente negado. Além da recusa, fui informado de que minha conta está "sob análise" e foi suspensa para novas operações, sem qualquer justificativa técnica ou aviso prévio sobre qual termo teria sido violado.
Uma pesquisa rápida em fóruns como o Reddit mostra que este não é um caso isolado. Há vários relatos recentes de clientes com o exato mesmo padrão: contas bloqueadas e saques negados de forma arbitrária. I opened my account with VT-Markets on 03/09/2026, making an initial deposit of $1,000 (which was accompanied by a $1,000 bonus). I traded normally on 03/10/2026, generating a profit of $1,650. On the same date, I requested a first withdrawal of $950, which was processed and credited without issues.
However, today, 04/13/2026, I requested a new withdrawal of $500. The request was denied. In addition to the refusal, I was informed that my account is "under review" and has been suspended for new trades, without any technical justification or prior notice regarding any alleged violation of terms.
A quick search on forums like Reddit shows that this is not an isolated case. There are several recent reports from clients facing the exact same pattern: blocked accounts and arbitrarily denied withdrawals. This type of action raises serious questions: is VT-Markets operating as a SCAM, or are they facing severe liquidity issues?
I demand the immediate unblocking of my account and the release of my funds. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the case to the relevant financial regulators.
