It seems that all the positive reviews here are fake reviews. I made a deposit yesterday and when I requested a withdrawal, I was prevented from withdrawing without any reason. I contacted support and no one answered. They just told me to wait for a response from us and no one answered. I ask that no one deposit with them until I tell you here whether my problem has really been resolved or my money will not be returned and has been stolen. UID: 1150969

Support is openly lying about small things, I saw tons of reviews that they had issues with withdraws so I decided not to risk.
If they are willing to lie about the registered email just to avoid answering simple questions, once I have to withdraw they will have tons of excuses.
Is like 2011 all over again.

Make them clear clients are their bosses since we deposit money and they all eat from our trading.

Terrible, even after posting 1 review they kept calling me a liar and spamming my inbox with more and more evidence that support is not properly trained to deal with clients or issues.
They even emailed me to same the email their support agent told me was not registered before avoiding answering my questions.

VTmarketsに口座開設をし、入金・取引をして利益を得ることができたため、出金依頼をしましたが（8月13日）、出金申請が却下されたり失敗したりと、8月31日にシステムエラーが起きたという理由で出金を弾かれました。現在は再度の出金申請中で、未だ出金はされません。
出金申請中のタイミングで、「得た利益を放棄する」という旨の同意書にサインを求められ、サインをしないと元金も返さないという旨の連絡・メールも届いていますので、サインを現状してないので元金分の出金すらもしてもらえないのかもしません。
問い合わせのメールがとにかく遅いし、質問への回答もされません。X（旧twitter）を見回すと、同様の状況の方がいらっしゃるので、要注意なFXブローカーと認識しております。
メールで出金の要望を出すとともに、状況は会社の対応の是非を確認を現在していますが、とにかく返信が遅いですし、チャットも途中で勝手に切られますし、サポートの質もよくありません。
また、質問への回答はされないまま、アカウントマネージャーという役職者への直接のメールアドレスを知らされ、もう一度連絡するように言われました。質問への回答はされないままなので、メールにて質問をしても回答がされないこともあるようです。
また、情報交換をする方の中で「出金ができた」という方でも、かなりの時間（１か月間かかったという方もいるようです）とサポートとのやり取りを必要としているので、VTmarkets社の経営状況や資産状況にも何かトラブルを抱えている状況にも感じました。
よほどのリスクが取れる、出金が遅延しても問題のないような、余剰資産が潤沢にあるトレーダーでない限りは近づかない方が良いように感じました。
今回の状況は規制当局への報告もする予定ですが、その辺りのこともレビューにアップしたいと思いますので、同様の状況の方は一緒に協力してこの会社の問題点の解決・改善してもらえるよう働きかけてまいりましょう。
