What do you like best about Xlence?
Many things that I like here. First comes to mind is fast and polite customer support. They helped me with account set up. Both live chat and emal interactiosn were pleasant. Christos , Brand Manager - thank you for your welcome boost bonus.
Also, support guys can be contacted via whatsapp, that is very good, way faster and convenient.
Moroever, the range of tradign instruments is pretty impressive.
What would you improve about Xlence?
Well, perhaps maybe making spreads tighter would be a good thing...they are not wide here, but having lower wont do any harm

Well, even though I have good tradign system, sometimes emotions take over and I might trade more than needed. or sometimes I enter when there is not proper set up. Sure now it happens less, but still...anyway, with plan and risk managemnt I keep emotions under controk, at least do my best.
The platform here responds well, so it really helps me. Verstalike broker with attractive conditions

Swaps are nice. I really mean it. No additional commissions are paid and there is a certain possibility to get a swap-free account. On costs I was able to save quite a lot.
What would you improve about Xlence?
I wasn’t interested in their metatrader platform. Better to create an app or something for good charting on more flexible devices.
Overall
I can’t call myself a super disciplined trader. For me their service was enough to enter charts from time to time and review my positions on forex or open new ones. Withdrew once by card. Haven’t experienced delays

I really like that here spreads are low. It makes trading with lower timeframes quite doable, and no need to worry abt high costs.

I think that for more optionality, addind other different platforms would be not a bad idea

several months here, and to be honest, all is good here, whether is tradign conditions or supportive customer support.Since spreads are pretty tight here, I often execute trades on 5 min timeframe and catch breakouts.

They have a lot of different features , like analytics from tradingcentral and a decent trade copier.
What would you improve about Xlence?
There's a reason the better account prices are not on the website, those are actually expensive.
I think one of two things can be done to improve this:
1-decrease the min. deposit requirements for better accounts, like by a lot
2-increase the difference between the accounts, not only spreads, I think you need to add way more features so the investment makes some sense

Discovered their vip zero spread acount for me, I think it has some nice features. For example. $6 for a lot on gold and fx is what i'd take, with e/u having narrow spreads. I also think investing for a tradingcentral is worth it, granted that you already have a strategy. If you know what you are doing, a bit of analytical help is great.

What do you like best about Xlence?
It’s way harder to say what I don’t like… But alright, I like the fee structure and the account upgrading system. That’s not something you can see in every broker, but that’s practical fr. I started off with the essential and got to deluxe, the spreads got noticeably loweeer, especially for forex pairs. For instance, the average spread right now for eur/usd pair is approximately 0.7 pips… tight enough.
What would you improve about Xlence?
I would leave them the way they are at the moment. I don’t see anything wrong with the platform selection, fees or anything else, so don’t change something that is already working.
Overall
I can say that I’m still in the phase of a trial, though the trial been long enough and very soon I can be considered as a loyal customer.. Started off like 3 months ago, the whole experience has been nice as pie. I cared about the withdrawals, but tested them already - they deliver the money, not keeping them in their pockets. I will still trade with them and see how the things goes, but for now happy.

They have added a lot of features to help people trade, and I appreciate all the improvements in analytical section. It was just basic education and then they added trading central. Now there are tools like crowd insight, technical view and other analytical aids.
What would you improve about Xlence?
I would improve the overall prices, meaning that I would decrease the deposit amounts for better accounts, especially for the ultimate account. I would also add ctrader as well, I think this platform is worthy of being a choice.

I can't say the conditions are "excellent" as the name suggests, but they are not bad either. The fact that I am still trading here means that I like what's offered here overall. I opened the raw account with comissions, and I like the spreads and costs that I pay for opening trades. Not that I scalp or trade with big volumte, it's just that essential account seemed to have higher spreads than I wanted and I didn't want to upgrade to better version yet.

What do you like best about Xlence?
Usually the spread is about 1 point, which is really low. My take profits are in the range between 50 to 100 points, so paying for 1 point doesn’t make a big difference. The commissions are charged no matter what the account though, $10 per lot. It’s aight, but initially I thought they wouldn't apply any commissions.
What would you improve about Xlence?
It’s been so many years, but they didn’t add any new platform that differs from metatrader. I even started to make technical analysis through tradingview but take via the mt5 mobile app.
Overall
I tried trading both ordinary us100 cash and futures. In my point of view, futures is way better to take, especially for intraday trading. As I said the fees were never the issue.

Easy switch between two platforms: MT5 AND MT4. For feeling old vibes switched to older version, for advanced features, newer one. Pretty convenient.

Something should be added, like copy trading. It would be nice they lower spreads for all accounts and make starting spread as low as 1 pip

Since trading was on MT, overall environment is comfortable and organized, I hadn’t problems with xlence. Looked for long-commitment material type of the broker, and so far had no reasons to change

The appreciation comes when trading momentum halts, and u realize that method stops to work, and u need other markets. Thus, having here different market classes is smth I dont just enjoy, but appreciate.

I would say costs associated with spreads and swaps could be lower, I mean thinner spreads especially...that way d be way better

High leverage, vast variety of instruments, and solid tools. No fancy bells / whistles when it comes to proprietary platforms etc, but stable.
What would you improve about Xlence?
When big news hits, somtimes things get messy: Ive seen spread widening, smtimes slippage, sometimes delayed fills. That makes a difference when you’re placing many trades per day.

I wouldnt call it perfect, if you dont have 'large' funds for trading (for cfds, I would say even $1k is considered large nowadays). With high funds, you can get great accounts, with low-min funds, its good trading, for scalping or dailys, but not great.

I trade here , spent enough time to appreciate the conditions here. Temptation calls to use leverage, but i always stick to my risk plan, and quite often I dont use high leverage

I trade only forex, and not like one or two pairs, but all of it… if I see a good chart pattern in open position. Most of the time i have like 10 open position simultaneously. They allow it, and the leverage of 1000x is useful for this trading style. In short, i like it

Processes, the way trading works there. Order execution is stable, helpful additional features, like analysis from trading central, powerful confluence for my analysis.
What would you improve about Xlence?
Two drawbacks, they should work on. 1) Spreads system, not fair for small deposit holders 2) platform selection. I’m not picky but for someone lacking something similar to tradingview would be a minus.

Solid experience of the demo account. I think the broker does its job to provide organised trading environment and support traders. Worth to deposit. I assume I’ll go with 2k deposit right away to trade with better spreads.

Basically everything in their core offer. MT5 platform or MT4 as it was few years ago, especially the way how I could customize it and algo trading opportunities. And lack of commissions for opening trades, spreads were manageable for me.
What would you improve about Xlence?
Some missing features, like copy trading and position size calculators. Not a big deal, but those things were welcomed.

It can be said that I was sitting in the first seats, whale watching this broker’s development. In those years (I even lost a count) I faced ups and downs in trading and it’s much less painful when you got your back covered. Those conversations with support and platform’s vibes could rebirth my belief in trading as a whole.

Has FSA regulation (Seychelles). Has Trading Central integration (I dont use it often, but never hurts to check).
Good trading, no complaints there.
Lots of ways to deposit (BTC, USDT, Skrill, Bank cards, bank wire, Apple Pay, Google Pay). NO FEES on all.
What would you improve about Xlence?
WITHDRAW - For me, and I think in general, profits are withdrawable only on bank wire (except the original $ amount, which is sent through original method - any of the ones I described).
I have no issue with them trying to be as legit and safe as possible, but I would prefer them having more methods than this. Not sure this limitation is needed.
Overall
Its a regular trade platform, MT4 (webtrader is also MT4). Good in general. They have minimum deposit req. even on the smallest plan, but its small enough so when I depo'd just 20$ to check, it was enough to activate it.

Their support work time should be extended to 24/7. Since I trade crypto from time to time and might need an assistant.

Except for this little flaw I found trading here almost perfectly aligned with my expectations. Favorite MT4 trading there at a decent speed. I’ve already tried many things here and from the broker's side only had a positive impression of how they worked.

I like how they improved the features, and they added like trading central and it's good to be developing even if you are a solid broker, this is how you remain in competition.

There two things to improve about xlence:
1) educational materials, because right now they are done a bit weak, mostly text and no videos or webinars and etc
2) I would surely add some more platforms to satisfy the needs of more traders.

This is my 5th year here, a bit over actually, and I have a deluxe account. I do sometimes trade on high volume intraday and this is where spreads under 1 pip come in handy and some me some money on fees, either way if I win or loose they are still affordable. BUt moslty I trade mid-term, up to 5 days most of the time, and it's been nothing but pleasure here, really.

That would be the platform, I like it. And I like the pricings, and even on my most basic essential accout, the spreads are solid on most pairs.

I'd improve customer support and make them more promt and perhaps add an AI chatbot. Also they need to add some analytics or market overview.
Overall
Name wise = the broker is not excellent yet, but it has the potential to be, absolutely. For less than a year I am here, only some things as customer support and others mall issues I had were uncomfortable.
